  The worst of the worst. Dont waste your time. They are racially divided. You will leave there worst then you started . There license should be provoke. Stay away from ***** she pretend to be nice but the biggest liar and the Director support the harassment and discrimination behavior I give them a zero. ************

  Modern Recovery, LLC has left me permanently scarred, I nearly lost my life and cut contact from my family. I sought out therapy, hoping for support and guidance towards healing.My therapist was *********************, lmft. ***** often yelled at me during therapy and the one time I reached out to her for help when I could not stop crying after she forced me to tell her about my worst childhood trauma. She yelled because I called her after 6pm. Stating she was off the clock. Not once did she help me process past traumas. This behavior scared me, adding to my distress as I begged for support, she replied with you can wait until our next meeting.I never wanted ***** as my therapist. I did the program remotely, in another state. I was not informed that ***** was the only therapist at Modern Recovery who was licensed to practice in my state. I found out when I tried to switch providers after my very first appointment with her. After I had signed the contracts and put a deposit down. At my worst time they took advantage of, lied, disrespected me, I left much worse than before I attended. Disposed of immediately after my graduation. Based on my traumatic experience, I strongly discourage others from considering Modern Recovery. I would not recommend Modern to my worst enemy. I spoke to the co-owner when they caught wind of my plans to file a grievance against ***** with the ********************** They shared that ***** had been spoken to several times before regarding her terrible behavior towards the patients. The co-owner hinted at firing her for what shed done to me stating she is on her last leg with us. Unable to know I was being manipulated into not filing the grievance. The statute to do so has long expired. A couple months later, I went onto the Modern Website, ***** was being proudly displayed as their clinical lead.PLEASE consider an alternative before taking a risk with Modern Recovery.Best wishes and good luck to everyone who is seeking help right now.

  I was so incredibly lucky to be able to start my recovery with Modern. I have had debilitating OCD for many years and needed help outside of myself. Modern Recovery offers the tools, the support and the knowledge to help. I needed support to offer me a different perspective and practical sources to battle my anxiety and depression as well. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to begin their recovery.

  Receiving a 24/7 coach is just the first lie. Modern is an expensive scam. They omit the fact that they only employ a single therapist to treat ********** patients, heres my experience with *********************, LMFT: I knew from our first session we werent a good fit, I learned I had no alternative having already paid the down payment. I sought therapy for urgent care, ***** failed to provide the concern and professionalism one would expect from a therapist. Her lack of attentiveness was evident as she frequently diverted her attention to the time, texts, emails, and other distractions when I spoke. Consistently interrupting me with unrelated topics, displaying a dismissive attitude, I felt invalidated.****** lack of therapeutic tools and techniques worsened my situation. Her inability to remember me and our past discussions created a sense of insignificance, eroding my confidence in the therapeutic process. She failed to establish meaningful connections with clients, as similar complaints were heard during support group sessions.Despite promising ***** minute sessions, the longest I had with her was 43 minutes, and most were around 30 minutes. This ***** approach reinforced my feelings of neglect and a lack of support. I was shocked when she yelled at me the one time I asked for advice during a crisis outside of her office hours.I strongly advise against therapy with Modern Recovery and ********************* due to the lack of compassion and empathy. Explore alternatives to safeguard your well-being. Other graduates, have not shown improvement; some have regressed. Modern recovery was onto the next person before my last day. No one ever checked in, unless it was about my monthly bill. I am over 10k in debt for 3.5 months of incompetent IOP conducted over Zoom from my home. 3 months graduated, never received the paper certificate of completion as promise. I had to reach out 4 times to get an emailed generic form with my name typed on it. Disappointment is an understatement..

  This company is a bait & switch. Still to this day their website claims you will have 24/7 support from their facility. . . FALSE!After brining the false accusations to the companies attention there have been no verbiage changes to their sites claims of 24/7 support from a couch from their company. I was in dire need and no one responded for almost 4 days! After speaking with a representative, nothing has changed & this is false advertising. With no support that I PAID for it lead to a destructive outcome. No remedies were provided. I was even kicked out of a virtual meeting because I spoke too long. Please train your BHTs to politely interrupt & redirect when needed or provide the expectations II front. Dont just dismiss someone in recovery.Instead, I was booted out of the meeting with no follow up from the presenter which was complete ******************** my recovery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want solid 24/7 support look elsewhere!

  Amazing Company. Work with Kids and Adults and the quality of care that they provide is amazing. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a good Substance Abuse or Mental Health Facility!
