      I had cataract surgery scheduled with M&M , missed my pre-op appointment for my surgery on 9/16/24, within one hour after my missed appointment time I tried numerous times to reschedule the appointment to no avail,left several messages and had no call backs, I even talked to two different ladies in the office that transferred me to a voice mailbox to two different pre-op people that I left detailed messages with, neither one returned my call, today 9/20/24 I left a detailed email to them outlining my disappointment and dissatisfaction with no one responding back to me, within 30 min after email was sent the pre-op person ***** called me to reschedule my pre-op appointment which moved everything ahead a whole month which would involve me canceling other important medical appointments, I told her I couldnt do that,she basically told me it was my fault I missed my appointment and that was all on me and not them, I told this ***** individual that you gave me no text message or email prior to my appointment to remind me,this ***** individual reiterated that it was my fault and acted like she didnt care, at that time I told her that I will go elsewhere,she once again said go ahead and I hung up! This person in my opinion is inefficient in her job responsibilities and rude to the public, I would not want her representing me in my business that deals with the public. Thank you!

      Return glasses after tried for 1 day as they were not in focus and this was the second pair. They in formed me money would be returned in 4 to 6 weeks. This was back on 4/18/24 and still waiting. Have called 2 times and being told now 8 weeks or so then call ***** after 8 weeks past and told been cleared and just have to wait until bank releases the money.. Have to pay them NOW but waiting how long before I get my money back.
