      I went through Hotwire and this was the Air BnB they set me up with. Metro told me I was supposed to get an email or text 2 hours before my stay (4pm which should have been 2pm) with the code and apartment number. I never received that information. After a party we arrived at Metro ***** Apartments at 10pm and talked with the the security person at the front door who told us we needed the code, that I had to call customer service to get that information. I called and after filling their request form I waited 22 min then called again saying I still don't have that information. They gave the information over the phone and texted it to me. We went to the apartment and it was a mess, bed unmade with a towel on it, trash in a bag in the kitchen, spilled shampoo on the floor, towel on the bathroom floor, dish in the sink. Obviously no one came to cleanup the apartment. I called customer service (*********** and asked for another room but nothing was available. I ended up driving 2 hours back home arriving at ****am, not fun. I ended up calling Hotwire then Metro customer service and finally received a full refund. When talking with a manager from Metro customer service I asked for a manager, after a bit of talking she said she was a manager. She went by the nickname "Eve" on the phone but was told by another the managers were ***** and ****** (unsure spelling). I didn't like her not be up front when I called. I will NEVER do business with Metro Hostility again, I received my refund which was pleasantly surprised but lost out on the other plans we had for ******* that next day.

      No organization, no communication, never sent me check in information, charge for early check in, late check out, and everything else. Theyre properties have no power for changes or requests and simply tell you to call headquarters, if you even get them on the phone. The headquarters number almost never answers, had no notes or recollection of previous conversations and/or requests. Received approval for early check in at 1pm, paid $50 for early check in, and had to **** down someone to help and send me what I needed to get in the room, it was an hour late, and if I didnt call, they wouldnt have sent it until 4pm when I literally paid for itthis was hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with a hospitality group including rentals, hotels, etc. Do yourself a favor and dont deal with these people, I dont even know you, but I know you deserve better than this abysmal service. Do Better Metro Hospitality.
