    I hired this company for $5000 and paid a lawyers retainer fee as part of their sign up agreement. They promised they'd go to court ultimately, to get me out of my timeshare, if the property did not respond to one or two letters, which they would send to the property, to insist they release me from my ownership in the timeshare. The letters were subsequently sent and they did NOT go to court on my behalf. Instead the retained law firm wrote me and said they had finished their obligation to me? Then *** said they were not using that law firm anymore? They said they were using lawyers internally instead and I have not heard from them since. They never went to court and after all the money spent I still own a timeshare. *** did absolutely nothing except ask ME to write a letter myself to the law firm about how I was deceived into being sold the timeshare, and to write a cease and desist letter to the timeshare company. My non-payments continue to be reported to the credit bureaus. I contacted *** several times and they've not responded with any answers or action. I feel completely duped. This business is a complete scam, I've thrown out all my money, and I'm just sick about it. BUYER BEWARE!

    First and foremost, we want to clarify that at no point in our client agreement do we state that we will take a clients case to court. Our process is designed to pursue multiple legal and procedural avenues to secure a release from your timeshare contract, but litigation is not a guaranteed or standard part of our service. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding on this point.
    The attorney retainer included in your agreement provides legal services typically for a 1224 month period. However, *** remains committed to our clients indefinitely for as long as it takes to achieve a successful resolution. We continue to support clients beyond the attorney retainer period and utilize a range of strategies to work toward full release from the timeshare.
    We understand your frustration regarding the change in legal representation. We transitioned from using outside counsel to internal legal teams to streamline communication and better serve our clients. Regardless of this transition, your case has remained a priority, and we sincerely apologize if you experienced any lack of communication during this period.

    I've paid in full for my services from this company, but I have not heard from them in months and months before that. They even called me asking for what they had. I told her I sent it, she looked and said, well there it is. I don't know if they're even working on anything or if they just took my money. I'm being harassed by timeshare **************** score is dropping hard. I'm not happy with the lacknof communication at all.

    Hired this company to help me resolve my timeshare contract but they hired a law group that cant actually represent me in the case because they are an out of state attorney when i contacted them on this matter they assured me they were going to make it right after 6 months i now have a judgement againest us because they said they were handling the judgement before it became a judgement and didnt actually do what they claimed they were doing

    I have had very poor communication from this company. In November I was told our assigned **** *******, was scheduled to call that week...still haven't heard from a *******. The only contact I really have is ******. I rarely can get her on the phone and everytime she does answer, she sounds like she has no idea about my account. We are trying to resolve two timeshare a mnd have done an initial letter to both, received a response from both and that's about it. I have sent numerous emails to try to move forward with the next step. It's as if everything stays at a standstill unless you can actually speak with someone, otherwise, they aren't working on your case. I am hopeful based on the positive reviews but as my accounts sit in limbo with no movement since an initial letter, which has been responded to by both developers, I am getting less optimistic. I am starting to feel like I need to call daily to stay on top of them. The customer service **** are nice but very hard to understand and they don't know our case, they just read notes that we already are aware of. Everyday my credit goes down and down...initially they said they had a credit department to help protect our credit as we go through the process. Even ****** ******, the attorney suggested I talk to the credit department...well ****** says there isn't a credit department, that's not their focus...I'm so confused...don't know who ******* is, can't get in touch with ****** very often and my emails go unanswered. I have sent the same email everyday to ******, ****** ****** and Customer Relations just on the hopes someone will respond...I think I made a bad decision here...

    I been paying Timeshare Contract Resolution every month on time never missed a payment they was to help me get out the timeshare that I was in paying over 5K.Whenever I would call they always say I didnt submit a document and I end up resubmitting the same document over and over this need almost a year with no lawyer been assigned but they are getting my money every month I feel scam at this point

    On Jun 26, 2024, I contracted TCR (Timeshare Contract Resolution) to help me exit with Club Wyndham. They explained everything to me, and informed me that I would have to pay them a deposit of $1,949.00, and they found a company named ************************* to finance the remaining $12,039.12 to get me out of the timeshare. Afterwards, I was told that I had to pay the retaining fee of $950.00 to MXM Legal in order to begin helping me after they had already collected all this money. I called several times to discuss this with ****** ********* from *** and told her that with that amount of money given they should be able to begin the process but she stated it could not be done until the retaining fee was paid. I told her I had given them everything I had left. She stated it couldn't be done. Therefore, I explained that I wanted out of the contract due to the fact services are not being provided. She took note of it and stated she couldn't be much help but to call ********* ******* from the finance department to help me get out of the contract. But I have had no response after phone calls and emails. I was able to get through to a representative who informed me they are working on it but it will take a long time to resolve. This was truly a scam and now I'm stuck paying ************************* a monthly fee of $334.42 for services that have not been render to me placing me in a financial burden. I need my deposit back as way as the (2) months I have paid ************************* and they need to reimburse United Consumer the $12,039.12 they finance to clear me from that debt. It is so unfair that companies like this take advantage of people that are trying to get their life back in order. Please help me resolve this issue as fast as possible.

    On 3/18/24 I signed a contract with Timeshare Contract Resolution and paid them $7500.00 via personal check. Approximately, two weeks later I requested cancellation of my contract because I disagreed with their modus operandi. On 4/1/24, I docusigned a document stating that I will receive a refund of the entire $7500.00 within 90 days of this date. As of now, I have not received my refund. When I telephoned the company, they directed me to a **********************, who is never there. No one I spoke to can give me any information regarding my refund, except that they know about it. My husband is in the hospital, and I cant afford to give away $7500.00. Please help me receive the refund I am entitled to.

    Although TCR is so sorry that they havent sent my refund. I still havent received my refund. I am sending a copy of the document I signed that specified that I will receive my $7500 refund within 90 days of this document signed April 1, 2024.
    Since TCR has already breached their contract, I insist that they ***** my refund to be received NO LATER THAN MONDAY JULY 8,2024.

    I entered into a contract with TCR Contract Resolutions at the end of 2022, beginning of 2023 to have my timeshare canceled. They said I would be working with a law firm which I did hear from but I have no updates. I would like to get this resolved it's been over 2 years and the responses or the information received from either TCR Contract Resolutions or the law firm they had me in touch with have been almost nonexistent.

    On August 18 2023 we signed a contract to cancel my timeshare, they told me a law firm will reach me. One company called me and told me that they don't work with my resort . I kept calling TCR and the keep telling me that another law firm will contact me and never happen. I have been calling every day and today they blocked my phone number. They changed the numbers, never responded my emails. I fell like they took my money.
