    Signed up with TCR a year ago...nothing but problems. The first lawyer they assigned us told us we made a mistake signing up with TCR since we were paid up on our timeshare they will most likely not cancel it for us. I complained and they assigned another lawyer. In the meantime the original lawyer had sent a letter to our timeshare. Our timeshare wrote back to us and the lawyer stating the lawyer assigned to us was not registered in the state where our timeshare is located. To me this is a serious issue. This letter was sent to us all over 2 months ago. I have reached out to TCR and the old and new lawyers numerous times via voicemail and email with absolutely no response to this issue or any issue. No one is taking my calls or responding to my emails. When we first started working with TCR the contact assigned to us kept leaving and we had numerous contact changes. We have now received a voicemail from our timeshare stating they never take their timeshares back and TCR should have known this. I also emailed this to TCR over a week ago with no response. We are wondering if they are still in business and requesting full refund of the $3649 we paid them.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
