      Was a great place until they refused to give me my pets records so I can move to another vet. The receptionist is close to my ex so they locked me out of my pets accounts. They don't care about pet health.

      On 02/27/2023 I surrendered my French Bulldog to the Spay Neuter Clinic for routine neutering. The procedure went badly, within 48hrs I was in the emergency room of local animal hospital. My dog had a critical bacterial infection. After 8 days and $4500 the dog was released to me for aftercare treatment. The ******************** Care Physician diagnosed the cause of his infection as bacteria introduced to wound during incision. The operating veterinarian contacted me after hearing the diagnosis. He was very apologetic and claimed his investigation concluded contaminated ***** was used during surgery. He provided his ******************* information and offered his cooperation.I filed my claim with the insurance company, who within three weeks of consideration denied my claim. They based their decision on the fact the veterinarian had convinced them that all standards and procedures had been followed during surgery. I spoke with veterinarian shortly after denial who claims he told Zurich Ins. about the gauze. I since learned he has lied and attempted tp influence hospital medical report. I am a retired senior living on a fixed income who has been victimized by this business. I would caution anyone thinking ot using their services to reconsider. I believe their veterinary practices are far below standard and integrity is nowhere on premises. He has since offered to personally refund the money I spent...that check has yet to arrive.

      I would love to give this a 0 star! They were awful to me and my cat! Charged me 70 dollars more because my cat was overweight yet every other vet told me she was perfect weight for her size. Then 2 days after the surgery I noticed my cat was not feeling well. Turns out my cat got sick from there, she has not been able to eat or drink anything and parts of her tongue have fallen off. Do not take your animals to this place they do not care about them its just about the money.
