    AS THE RITE WAY TECHNICIAN WAS FINISHING THE SERVICING OF OUR MASTERCOOL COOLERS (2) I POINTED OUT THAT BOTH COOLERS WERE DRIPPING FROM THE OVERFLOW TUBES AND ASKED THAT THE WATER LEVEL BE SET SLIGHTLY LOWER.THE NEXT DAY, THE COOLERS BEGAN PRODUCING HOT AIR. ON CHECKING THEM I FOUND THAT THE TECHNICIAN HAD BENT THE FLOAT ARMS SO FAR DOWN THAT NO WATER COULD ENTER EITHER COOLER. I BELIEVE THAT WAS INTENTIONAL SABOTAGE OF THE COOLERS. I COMPLAINED TO RITE WAY BUT GOT NO SATISFACTION OTHER THAN A $25 REBATE ON THE $881 ******* A RESULT, I GOT OUT MY LADDER AND ADJUSTED THE WATER LEVEL ON BOTH COOLERS. I AM 81 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN TOLD I SHOULD NOT BE ON LADDERS.OBVIOUSLY, I WILL NOT BE USING RITE WAY IN THE FUTURE.

    4/14/25:Thought our thermostat was on the *****, but it turns out it turned off as a failsafe measure and we avoided a potential disaster. I called for a service this morning and ***** was here by 1:30. He was friendly, professional, and listened as I explained what I had already tried to troubleshoot on my own. He did a thorough inspection, figured out the issue, and not only repaired it, but walked us through what happened and how to mitigate it in the future. He gave us fair options with upfront pricing and respected our decision. It was great to have a technician who really knows his trade and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you!

    We have used Rite Way with great confidence, in all services since our initial new HVAC/ duct work install in 2022, ranging from kitchen plumbing, new toilet install, water filtration, plus routine HVAC system inspection.Aaliyah T. was our HVAC inspector this month; very friendly, professional and attentive to detail, taking photos and explaining recommendations for future maintenance.Followup next to earlier attempts at camera inspection: a smaller camera had been needed, to navigate plumbing under our old house, toward future placement of a new cleanout. Insightful technician ****** *. brought in technician ***** *. to help evaluate. They located P trap location under the house; ***** proposed a comparative evaluation to get an estimate for future work. We appreciate that both ****** and ***** were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and forthcoming.Also this month: we MOST needed troubleshooting and repair, of a major electrical issue.. quite a challenge and concern in our older (mid-70s) manufactured home. An entire quadrant of our house had lost power with no warning or obvious reason.Rite Way sent ***** *. to the rescue, who dedicated what necessary time it took, to isolate faulty circuits and brainstorm a best plan for repair. He returned again with reinforcement ****** *.. together they replaced two obsolete breakers, better balancing the power load and creating a bypass circuit, to bring safe power back to all the affected areas of the house.We are exceedingly grateful for both their time, tenacious focus, patience and expertise!Technicians I have not earlier thanked properly (!), for their competence, kindness and professionalism, include: ****** *., ***** ***., ****** *., ******* *., ***** *., ****** *., and ***** *. All these (in addition to those mentioned in my earlier ****** review) were very knowledgeable and proficient in their respective services, reflecting all the quality standards we have come to expect from Rite Way!

    Takoma Palmer and Cory Eiler performed descaling and hydro-jetting of my main and secondary sewer lines. They were definitely an A-Team and finished the job in one day rather than the scheduled two days. Takoma kept me informed of the progress regularly throughout the day. The project manager, Roberto Valenzuela, also went out of his way to explain the process in detail, including the benefits of being proactive in getting the lines cleaned out before a major event caused an emergency situation. Thank you, Roberto, Takoma, and Cory.

    Rite Way Project ******** ****** *****, came to house, on Service Call, gave us a bid on Hydro flush and clean out of Sewer lines. I was at work , and was not able to Research about this procedure. His bid was for 6,600$, which i found out later was 2 times more then it should have been. We accepted the bid , and he had people out the same day to start work, which he 1 st said that wouldn't happen, and did not give me time to check on prices on work to be done, then i had to call to call Rite way main office to find out about the Contract, that he promised to send.
    Then after work was done they said we had broken sewer pipes , and could Reline for 7,000$
    They Scammed us with way over priced Service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY WORK WHATS SO EVER , THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED!!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM ALERT,

    I was very loyal to another plumbing company and a little wary of initially using this company; however, I decided to have them perform a ******************* for me. A delightful, respectful young Technician, named **** G, was sent. He explained what he was going to do and afterward explained what he had done and what he further recommended. He also offered to help me navigate the process, giving me all the information he had at the moment on initial inspection and maintenance . I truly appreciate the time he gave me, the explanations he offered and what to possibly further expect. If this is a representation of this company, I will continue to be a loyal customer
