Had hot water tank flushed today by ***** ******** . He deserves 10 star rating. Arrived on time, advised work, and was able to complete work in one visit. He explained everything including cost that he was going to do. He noted the 5 y/o safety pressure valve needed to be replaced and explained why; he also later checked the household water pressure and noted it was too high, he explained why he recommended the inline water pressure regulator (>20 y/o ) be replaced since it was not keeping household water pressure at ***** instead of the present ***** reading. He also noted the irrigation valve was leaking (also > 20 y/o) and removed it and explained how I could DIY. The 5 STARS could have 10 stars. He was informative, patient with my questions, and very skilled as I watched him work . Without his inspection the faulty safety valve on tank, the failed inline pressure regulator, and the dripping irrigation valve would not been noted.Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Rite Way = Wrong Way.Poor business tactics. They lied about their military service to try to connect with customers. Poor service quality leading to roof damage at owners expense. Overpriced. Hard to get them to finish the job on time. Never again!Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

The technician **** ****** that came to service my A/C and Heater was very professional and did a thorough job sevicing both units.**** explained what he was going to be completing and then explained what was needed to fully service my A/C unit. Gave Rite Way Two Chances, They ***************** I have had two experiences with Rite Way, both pretty bad. I am writing this review so other people have an idea of what to expect.First ************ Very high estimate that was Negotiable and Geared Towards Financing I needed a tankless water heater replaced. I received one estimated from a plumbing company for $2700. Rite Way came out and gave me an estimate for $6760. While still at my house they asked me when I wanted to schedule it and I told them I had another estimate and wouldn't be going with them. They asked when informed of the other estimate they called the office and said they would meet lower their price by $4060 (60%) and meet the other estimate. I went with the other plumber. The estimate also took credit for a $300 federal tax rebate that had expired prior to the estimate.Second ************ ************ and No Hurry to Fix It My guest shower drain broke. I called my plumber who I found out had been purchased by Rite Way. Rite Way sent a plumber out. He was a great guy and said they would get me an estimate in a couple of days. I waited and heard nothing back. After waiting for a week I had time I did the repair myself. Seven weeks later (yes you read that right) I get an email with an estimate for the job asking me when I wanted to schedule the repair. The price for this repair was not out of line. Since I was surprised to get the estimate I called Rite Way and asked why they sent it now all I could get out of them is "this is when we got to it."I was fortunate that I had other options on both of my repairs. Draw your own conclusions from my experiences, but be prepared when dealing with them.Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Last week I had a clog in my toilet and I knew if I ever wanted "it" to go down again I would need a plumber; and I remembered hearing ads on KNST for Rite Way and how they helped Veterans and First Responders. So, I called and explained my problem; and this was pretty late in the afternoon. The person on the phone said she would try to get a plumber out to help me. I got a call back that they would have someone out within 45 minutes (small miracle)They sent ***************************. I liked his attitude when I opened the door and he assured me he could find and fix my clog. It only took about an hour to complete the project so I could once again flush "it" down the drain.; a big relief, especially for my wife. ******* was extremely professional and an excellent communicator. (a very likable guy) After having ******* in my home I can assure you that any other plumbing or HVAC issues I may have, Rite Way will be my immediate "go to" company. My AC stopped cooling during the hottest part of the summer. This was very stressful for my family especially with a baby and two dogs. Thank you Rite Way for sending a technician out so quickly! The technician, Safari *******, was helpful, professional, and empathetic. He kept me informed every step of the way from getting the issue diagnosed to fixing the issue ! Our technician Safari ******* located the cause of our condensation leakage problem very quickly. He cleaned up the mess caused by the leakage and made the needed repairs while patiently answering a number of questions that I asked him. With the repairs made and proven, he cleaned up the work area, leaving it in much better condition than it was when he arrived.
