    Order placed on 1-16-25 emailed to check status on 1-20-25 they said the order should ship out that week. After reading other reviews I contacted them via text and was told the color I wanted was on back order ( same as other complaints ) despite being in stock on the website. They said they had tried to contact me but no phone, email, text or voicemail records prove this. I changed the color and they share it would ship out this week. No proof of this action has been reflected on my end. My issue seems to be a repeat of the exact situation others have been facing with the exact same responses from them word for word. Looks like a pattern of misleading customers while providing unverifiable/ false information in order to swindle customers out of their money.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we carry a variety of carriers in multiple colors and unfortunately ran out of the OD green color when your order come in. We did offer an alternate color, or a refund and the refund was processed as shown in our system.  I am sorry that you feel that this was misleading.  If there is anything we can do to help as well as earn your business, please text 520 396 3335 and ask to speak to a supervisor regarding this issue and I will be available.

    First, thank you Spartan armor. They did in fact send a set of plates at no cost. I do have some issues that need clarification:

    1. They stated they didn’t not have coated plates in stock, if the items are manufactured in house, how can this be?

    2. The plates were shipped with no serial numbers on them or a date of issuance and appear to be close to 3 years old. Why is this information missing from such a critical piece of safety equipment? Were these shipped out simply to garner a positive resolution?

    I sent an email asking these questions but haven’t received a response. 

    While I do appreciate the effort I’m still a bit uncertain about the products and the communication on this situation. These are in fact life saving devices that seem to be new/ old stock that were shipped out just to end a situation.

    I order a plate carrier from this company on the 16th of Aug. The Wed site say 2 to 3 days to ship. It is know the 26th and I have yet to receive even a confirmation of the package being shipped. They took the money from my account on the 16th and will not answer phone calls or their "text" service with any additional information. I would like the item I ordered. Thank you!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22196144, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    On 12/16/23 I purchased armor from Spartan - order number 269196. On their website they have a banner on the top that states all armor purchases are shipped next day. On 12/21 I emailed them and inquired as to when the armor would ship. The response was that the plate carrier was back ordered and if I changed the color it would ship either that day or the next day. I changed the color. On 12/26 I emailed them again and was told it would ship ASAP. On 1/2 I was informed via email that my purchase would ship by the end of the week. On 1/5 I inquired again and was told that it would ship either that day or Monday. On 1/8 I inquired again and was told it would ship second day air. On 1/11 I inquired again and was told it would ship out that day. On 1/12 I called Spartan and was told it would ship either that day or on 1/15. The product was paid for on the day of ordering. Spartan has misled me and has taken my money. I can't get a straight answer and THEY HAVE MY MONEY.

    We have spoken with the customer and will be taking care of this order within the next 24 hours. We are currently waiting on his plates to be finished in production and will be shipping this order out for him via FedEx Next Day Air in order to get this to him as soon as possible. Customer will respond to his complaint with the BBB once tracking information is provided to him.

    The response to this complaint made by Spartan specifically stated that they would take care of the order within 24 hours.  That was the same response I got via a phone call.  It's been 6 days and I still have nothing.  No shipping tracking number, no delivery and they still have my money.

    Hello i placed this Order #****** on October 21st 2022 of 645.86$ and i still havent received my items customer service keeps telling me that they have to wait 14 days for fedex to deliver the package i waited the 14 days then they told me i have to wait 2 weeks for then to file a complain with fedex at this point i do not believe that i will receive my package or a refund this been a horrible experience i just want it solved either by replacement or refund and no more time frame for excuses. They have my payment the seller can waited whatever time frame they need just send what i paid for.

    This original order was shipped out via FedEx on October 25th, 2022. The tracking number shows that a label was created but after that there was no movement on it. On November 8th, 2022 we were notified that this order was not received by the customer and we reissued the order under ******R. There does appear to have been a delay in this order being shipped out which could be due to a number of reasons from a product not being in stock to an increase in order volume however given the time that has past since this was fulfilled and today I am unable to give the exact reason for the delay. This order was reshipped to the customer on November 20th, 2022. The replacement order was delivered to customer on November 26th, 2022. The customer than informed us that a product was still missing at which time we than reissued the order for the missing part under ******RR and had the order shipped out that same day via the USPS. This order was received by the customer and no further contact was made.
