  Really poor customer service. I was sent an incorrect item and Spartan wont answer the phone or attempt to message me back in this matter. I highly recommend avoiding this terrible company.

  Ordered from them, waited... and waited.... and essentially got no useful response. It has been over 10 days and still no relevant reply to messages and no phone call. Spartan is not even answering their phone. I have no doubt their products may be pretty good-- but for the money they are asking -- the customer service should reflect that as well. BE VERY WARY about ordering from this company-- you might have a good experience (in fact, many will) but if you are one of the ones who got "lost in the shuffle" or the order became "confusing" then you will end up frustrated and having to deal with your **** or debit card fraud service to get your money back. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. Shame on them. Veterans, LE and First-responders -- in fact-- everybody-- deserve better communication and service than what Spartan Armor Systems is able to provide.

  I ordered some plates and carrier recently and they seem to have arrived on time, so I do feel bad for those who have shipping issues. The plates seem solid so I can't discriminate much against the actual plates, not willing to test them out either and ruin them, so let's hope they are legit. My issue is with their carriers. I ordered the cheapest carrier (hydra) because they are all expensive. This one sits very low and is unable to adjust so that it works. It has to be pulled so tight that the two velcro sides don't meet anymore. For $95.00 you can get way nicer elsewhere. You're better off just buying the plates and picking a carrier from a different manufacturer.Spartan armor systems also does censor bad reviews. They don't post anything truly negative on their site. They overcharge for their products when you can find the exact same elsewhere for half the price. These are all red flags on what time of people run this company. Who honestly knows if their 3+ armor is actuality 3+ because NIJ only gives level 3 approval and has no 3+ rating. I am more inclined to believe they just slap a 3+ on level 3 armor so they can upsell it. They people at spartan armor systems don't seem like honest people, and I do wish that I gave my business to someone else who actually is fair and sells good gear at an honest price. If anyone happens to read this before buying armor, I would recommend a different company. You're more likely to get better gear for cheaper as well as actual help if something goes wrong.- best wishes

  Placed order on July 1st. Received order shipment email July 5th including tracking information with delivery date showing July 9th. I waited around that Saturday and it never arrived. Check tracking and it has not updated since label being created. I email info@spartanarmor and they said to wait 15 days and they will file lost package with ****** On day 14 they actually give package to ***** for delivery. 14 days after the label was created and multiple emails saying it shipped on the 5th and it must be lost with ****** Not how you treat customers and definitely will be the last order they get from me. I'll also be informing everyone I know and every single ******* video I can find advertising spartan.
