Brought my car to these guys on multiple occasions and have a variety of issues. Main issue is the car was damaged, twice, in the same spot (driver’s side tail light) and likely in the same way. They admitted the first time but not the 2nd and only compensated me $250 (my costs for junkyard sheet metal) in credit. I’ve got 40 hours of metal working time to repair this, for which I would normally bill $2000.

The second major issue is their inability to install a power brake kit that I purchased. They were familiar with this kit and told me they would be able to install it on this car. They billed me over $500 after having the car for months, damaging the tail light area again and failing to install the brake kit which I had to pay another mechanic to install.

There’s other issues, but these are the main ones. Their manager Kyle is aware of these problems but wont respond to my emails. I’ve asked for $1500 in compensation for this, which is considerably less than I will be asking for should I have to take this to small claims.

Bills Automotive installed a used engine incorrectly into 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. Please see all 6 receipts attached. The motor is not lined up correctly when installed and is causing a lot of damage to the vehicle. The vehicle was gifted to me on 03/24/23. I took it to Mikey's Auto on 03/28/23 because the AC did not work, they inspected it. See attachment to show A/C compressor is not in line with pulleys. Per The Thorns who paid to have the motor installed, the A/C worked for about a month after the new motor was installed. Per Mikeys Auto instructions, I was informed to take it back to Bill's Auto. I spoke with a gentleman who said he could not assist me because the car is in my name and no longer belongs to the Throns. The company was sold and not called Bill's Automotive. The motor was used from ABC Auto and was installed by Bill's Auto. The vehicle is not able to have the AC working correctly. Please tell me who/how I can get the engine corrected.
