I was referred here for a specific technician to work on my car. I specified that I only wanted that technician to do all the work on my car. My request was not respected. I brought my ***** in for a coolant leak. It was just a leak without overheating or any dash lights on. They replaced the thermostat and radiator cap. The leak was fixed. I called them back because the check engine light came on. They said to drive for ***** miles to reset engine light. I drove more and then the check engine light started blinking and the car overheated. They paid for the car to be towed back to the shop. The same technician (still not the technician I had originally asked for to work on it) checked it out and worked on it. They got the air pocket out of the coolant which they said was one of the problems. Then they drove it a bunch and there was not any overheating.but the check engine light was still on. They decided to change a sensor and we're 100% sure it would.take care of the engine light. They drove it more and the sensor did not fix the problem. They said they would look into it further. By this time they said the car engine was shaking, which was something I had never experienced before they worked on it. I told them not to work on it anymore and they did not charge me for the second round of diagnosis/repairs. I had it towed to my usual technician shop. They informed me that the motor was junk. A replacement motor with labor etc. Is going to cost $9,000.00. I am going to ask for a full refund of the first diagnosis/repair and that they pay the shop that said it needs engine to fix my car to replace engine. They better take care of all of my requests since they did not bleed the coolant after the 1st repair. They also should not advised me to drive the car ***** miles to reset check engine light. They shouldn't have continued to put miles on it while trying to figure out the issue. THIS IS ALL THEIR FAULT AND IF THEY DON'T FIX MY CAR I WILL SUE THEM!!!!!
