If I would give ZERO STARS I would. Overpriced, crooks!!! Performed a recommended unnecessary service and ruined my transmission. Kept truck 6 days with zero communication and them saying the truck was fine and since I was upset paid me 300 to stay quiet. Sure enough the truck broke down again less than 2 weeks later and they are taking no responsibility. Icing on the cake is the owner lied about who he was on the phone and then hung up on me.. and then I called back with he and the receptionist hanging up on me about ten times when my truck was being towed there to be inspected. DO NOT TRUST THIS Mechanic for honest work or customer service. Unprofessional, rude and crooked. Will never recommend.

    *******,
Out of respect for your husband, I must tell you that I had a detailed conversation 45 minutes before you started calling and we agreed that you would have the vehicle towed in and I would take another look at it.

You called the shop at least 10 times in a 20 minute period and as reported by 3 employees, that you were abusive and harassing.
I am the owner. I did NOT speak to you today or hang up with you. My policy for these types of calls is simple, DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE CALLERS.

During the previous visit, on 6/11/25, our communication was not what it should have been. It doesn't change the fact that we couldn't reproduce the issue you were having with your truck.

I tell the truth, which is why enjoy thousands of 5 star reviews over 22 years and 7000 customers. Many of whom are active and retired law enforcement.

    Now the facts:
On 3/6/25 we performed an oil change which at that time had, ******* miles on it. It was noted on that invoice that we had found 2 transmission pan leaks on your truck.

On 6/2/25 the vehicle was brought in for an oil change and we replaced the transmission filter and gasket, and added 6 quarts on transmission fluid. The mileage was ******* at the time of the service.

On 6/11/25 when you dropped the truck, we inspected the truck, trans fluid was full and there wer no leaks on the pan. We made several test drives by 3 different people and we were unable to reproduce the issue.

On 6/17/25 you showed up in my lobby demanding a meeting which we had in my office. You demanded $300 for **** rides that you had to take while the truck was in our care. I don't pay anyone hush money. I paid for your **** rides, period.

It is truly unfortunate that after having a conversation with your husband, that you felt the need to respond in this way.

I find it insulting that you would publicly call me a liar when you haven't spoken to me since 6/17/25.  In a situation like this, as I discussed with your husband, I would have gladly taken another look at the vehicle.

There is no way that any other repair shop in ****** would take responsibility for a 15 year old truck with over ******* miles on it, after performing a repair like this one.

I am sorry that you felt it necessary to place a review like this. I truly feel that by the tone and content of your review, the reading public will get a glimpse of the way that you treated and spoke to my employees.
    Sincerely,
    **** **********
