**UPDATE** I have sent three emails regarding this, with no response. This company is avoiding the situation. No call to apologize, to see if the car is okay, what was done to get it fixed, offer to fix their mistake... NOTHING!!! I actually went to Big O Tires next door to them, and they ACTULLY FIXED THE ISSUE.This is by far the WORST auto shop I have ever been to. The fact that they don't have the courage to even try to remedy the situation is mind blowing.I am talking to a lawyer and will be seeing if I can take them to court for negligent auto repair.Hmmmmm. Went in to have my overflow that was leaking looked at and fixed. Unfortunately, it did not go very well. As Im driving home, I get a very distinct odor of coolant inside my car. So I pull over to a gas station, pop the hood, and to my surprise, the overflow was filled all the way to the cap. Now this can cause many issues, including hydrolock, pressure buildup, electrical problems, and other issues. When I got home, I popped the hood again, some fluid came out on the engine out of the overflow. It is still filled almost to the top. I am going to have to take my car to another mechanic to have them take fluid out, or do it myself. I dont understand how something like this can happen. Ive never in my almost 50 years of living, had a mechanic fill the fluid up so full. They tried to charge me almost $400 for this. Also, I tried to call their shop at 5:32pm(they close at 5:30pm) to talk to them about this, and it went to voicemail, but you cant leave a voicemail because its not setup or they wont accept anymore!!Wake up in the morning to a leak from the bottom hose, which it wasn't leaking from before. Something needs to be done because this is costing me work(drive ***** and putting me behind on bills.

Klipper Auto is the BEST auto repair shop in ******. I have been going there for a few years now and I could not be more impressed! All of their employees including the front counter are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The Techs are certified, experienced and do a great job with no oversell. Prices are affordable which cannot be said for most shops in ******. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Klipper Auto!!!

Very negative experience, business is highly unethical. I had made an appointment to have my emissions failure diagnosed and fixed last October before my tabs were due. I had a one time extension to do this. I got the referral to this business from a childhood friend of our family in *********, who in turn got the name from her sister-in-law. I had to wait ten days for the appointment. After about a half hour of waiting I was told by the older technician assigned to my car that he would NOT be looking at my car, At this point I asked the male receptionist if I could speak to the owner. I was told he wasn't in yet. So I went outside and waited sitting on the curb. Around 15 minutes later a blonde younger man, the manager, came outside and dropped my keys on the ground and informed me the company refused to work on my car at all. I asked once again to speak to the owner, this time was told he would not be in that day.. I tried for several days to contact him and he did NOT contact me so I assumed he was okay with the way I was treated. I had to scramble around like crazy trying to find someone who would be able to diagnose and do the needed repairs before my registration lapsed. I was very fortunate to find someone who did the diagnosis and the required $300 + repair and had the required paperwork to be able to have my car retested and get my registration in time before it lapsed. I later took my paperwork to the East ******* emissions testing and a supervisor looked at it did a "test" but refused to give me the paperwork needed to be able to get my registration. Instead he told me I would have to go to I-10 and ********* to have it retested to pass. He told me they are very busy so call before I showed up because the wait would be LONG. I showed the paperwork to another technician there and he said the back wasn't supposed to be blank. I took my car down to Green ****** (cost *********** $180) & they processed it correctly the same day.

Hello *****,The reasons that you were denied service are the following:1-You arrived 30 minutes before the shop opened, entered the building and immediately started complaining to the Service Manager that he needed to get your car in immediately.2-You were abusive to every employee you came in contact with including and not limited to the General Manager.3-You refused to let the technician work on your car unless you were in it or able to watch every detail of the work being repaired. You stated that you "I do not trust you guys" to ********, the *** That is a direct violation of my insurance company's policy and that was explained to you at the time of your visit.4-You spoke negatively to customers in our lobby and used foul language as well.5-We have every right to refuse service to people who berate us, don't trust us, or demand that we perform work to their liking.6-You refused to pay a diagnostic fee.We love to help people! Especially, women and seniors!Your review is polar opposite of any review I have ever received, which is proven by the thousands of 5-star reviews I have received online. It is true that I was not at the shop the day you had your car in.However, it is FALSE that you EVER tried to contact me. Not once did I receive a phone call, email or a personal visit to discuss any of your bogus claims.Just to set the record straight, it is YOU that are responsible to get your vehicle through emissions not Klipper Automotive's. Over the past 4 years we have received thousands of 5-star reviews from customers. Never have I received any accusations or statements of mistrust from anyone in my career until now.I am happy you could find someone to work on your terms. All the ***************** Klipper Automotive LLC
