Husband and I were referred to this company at the end of August 2024 for water damage. ***** ****, our project manager stated that he would handle our claim. The company has had dismal communication with us. All communication has been initiated by myself or my husband. On 09/04/2024 our insurance adjuster with **** called to inform us that no documentation was submitted towards our claim. My husband spoke with ***** on 09/05/2024 and he said that he would submit the paperwork. Today, 09/16/2024 our adjuster states that no paperwork from this mitigation company has been submitted. We also discovered that this companies demolition crew didn't leave necessary frame work for our cabinets to be rebuilt. We will now need custom cabinetry.

This issue was resolved with the client back in September/October of 2024! We got the documentation sent over to the insurance carrier, credited the client the missing components, and ultimately had the project finished on October 2nd; roughly 6 weeks from their initial loss (8/16/2024), which is quite timely.

We confirmed the work was to the clients satisfaction during our last communications, though I have tried to reach back out to confirm again since this concern was recently transferred to our account and is technically a recent concern for us. I have been unable to reach the client at the contact information they have listed so far, but will continue to try so I can guarantee satisfaction!

I recently had work done in my home about a couple months ago from quick restore in Tucson, Az. The rep that came to meet with me first was Terry. I had moist coming out from the bottom of the baseboard in one of the bathrooms. Basically I was told by Terry, they would have to open the walls and see what the problem is as to why there is moisture. I asked how much it would cost and he stated that the insurance would be able to cover the work being done. He also said that if the insurance for some reason wouldnt cover the cost, then he would come back to me and give me the option to continue working with them or if I want them to stop the work and I wouldnt get billed. Later, I was told that they would take care of their part of the job with my insurance and that it would get covered. I was also told this by other reps (Travis) that came to work at the property, stating the insurance will cover it. I also have texts messages stating some of this info from Terry. However, on October 9, 2024 I received an email by Evelyn with one claim solution stating that they were hired by quick restore to receive payment since my insurance denied the claim. The stated amount says $5,136.32 but it also says the discount amount is $3,570.85. I Think this is a shady and sneaky way of doing business. I immediately called quickrestore after this and spoke with manager Josh. I explained to him what was going on, Josh and Terry said that it appeared the insurance would cover the loss and that they should cover it but they didnt. Now im in this situation of possibly getting billed if the insurance doesnt cover it. I already paid out of pocket for the plumbing fixing of $5300 to another company, and now quickrestore will bill me if the insurance doesnt cover it. Thats a sneaky way of doing business. Had they told me it wouldnt get covered I would have stopped working with them and hired someone cheaper. If this doesnt get resolved I'll be contacting the state AG. I should not get billed.

I have reached out to Mr. Andrade directly to handle this concern. We had already spoken on this issue last week, and had already reached a resolution. Mr. Andrade stated had received an additional invoice from the company we used for asbestos testing, prompting him to leave this complaint. I have confirmed with him that any additional attempts to collect at this time are in error, any communications he receives in regard to this concern be forwarded to me, and I will handle them on his behalf.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22465474, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
