    Quick restore company of Tucson five star rating when we discovered a leak behind our washing machine which flooded our bathroom and utility room. The plumber recommended quick store Terry Sims project manager came out within an hour. Took a lot of stress off us talk to our insurance company and also was here with the claims adjuster. His crew did a fantastic job drying out and taken the damaged drywall out. Terry then turned us over to project manager, Kevin beers. Kevin came out and explained what they were going to do to restore the baseboards and walls plus matching the paint with his crew Nestor and Rafael in two days the job was done fantastic job Jan and I highly recommend project managers Terry and Kevin, quick restore five star company Ron and Jan SMITH

    Thank you quick restore for helping me with the flood in my bathroom. I wouldnt know what to do had you guys not shown up and help me through my process. ***** was my project manager and he was very informative and knowledgeable. Id recommend him any time. I hope I never have to call again, but if I do, I hope you send him out again and the nice guys he works with

    Nothing but good things coming out of Quick Restore! They sent ***** and he helped so much. I appreciate all your guys help with my insurance and burst water pipe. Would recommend them all the time

    Absolutely loved my experience with Quick Restore. Had a bad flood and they sent ***** out to assess and while doing his assessment, he explained everything he did and even handled the insurance. Thank you guys for the help. Would recommend you to anyone

    Terrible company and unprofessional. This company failed miserably at follow-up calls, setting dates and times, and doing their job. Certain crew members also disrespect home owners on their property and catch attitudes. My husband and I were notified on 09/04/2024 and 09/16/2024 that our project manager, *******************, has not submitted any paperwork to our insurance company for the mitigation claim. This is a major red flag to our insurance company and they have been notified. I'm seeing a lot of reviews stating that this company tries to come after home owners for more money than what is approved via insurance. That's not going to fly in this household, if the company decides to go that route. I want to place on record that they gave us 2 fans to use and a dehumidifer, did an anti microbial treatment for mold on a base board, and incorrectly ripped out our cabinetry, resulting in a longer time to have our home repaired. I would also like to notate that I had to be the one to ask for asbestos results, ***** called. But, ***** seems to communicate here. Being 7 months pregnant, this is unacceptable. I haven't experienced toxic stress like this in years, and this business should be ashamed treating people like this. Our home will probably not be finished until mid October now. My due date is in November. Disgusting.

    I submitted a complaint to the ************************ requesting an investigation into Quick Restore for potential insurance fraud and financial exploitation of my 88-year-old father. On January 25, 2024, a burst water line in my fathers attic caused significant ceiling damage. He contacted an emergency plumber who recommended Quick Restore for water mitigation and restoration, assuring him they would handle the insurance claims. Unfortunately, my father agreed to their services based on this recommendation.However, Quick Restore only began the water mitigation process and never proceeded with the restoration. For three weeks, my father and sister repeatedly contacted Quick Restore Tucson for updates but received no response. Desperate, I tried to contact ******, the project manager, who vaguely assured me the work would be completed by the "end of the week." Despite my father's offer to pay directly, Quick Restore insisted the insurance claim had to be paid first. After posting a negative review on the company's ******** profile, I was contacted by Quick Restore and escalated my concerns to *******************, CEO of Quick Restore. He promised the Tucson Manager would finish the project, but another week passed with no progress.Quick Restore submitted a claim to my father's insurance for $3,955.76 for water mitigation. After accounting for a $334.48 deductible, ***************** paid $3,621.28. Despite four to five weeks passing without any progress, during which my 88-year-old father and 80-year-old mother had to sleep on recliners in the living room due to bedroom damage, Quick Restore failed to fulfill their commitment. In desperation, my father used these funds to hire a private contractor to complete the restoration, as our repeated attempts to get Quick Restore to act were unsuccessful. Now, Quick Restore is demanding $6,992.53 for the water mitigation, which is 56.6% more than their original claim to the insurance company.
