    My ex husband's parents asked me to use CBR when I was pregnant with my oldest in 2012, and I declined, being already aware of the company's reputation. They must have signed me up anyway because someone had to come take blood from an hour after giving birth while I was getting stitches and fighting pre eclampsia. I know my ex argued about this with his parents, but I stayed out of it. Now it is 10 years later, and I am getting collection calls from this company saying the account is "under my name," and I am responsible for a $550 balance and a storage fee moving forward. If I want to close the account, it also costs money. The representative on the phone claimed to have my signature, but then backtracked and said it was an electronic signature. I asked her to email me what she had with my signature on it, and she sent me a form that my ex-husband signed. She said she has my Discover card on file with the last 4 numbers 3269, but I don't have a Discover card. They don't have a legal signature from me. I have never wanted this service, signed for this service, agreed to this service. Someone took my blood because I thought they had to. I was under medical care. Thankfully, my Birth Center doesn't allow CBR to do business in their facility anymore. I am asking this predatory company to leave me alone and remove my name from the account that was created. I am not John ******. I did not sign this. That is not my address. I don't know how to be more clear.

Our team is glad that we were able to have this resolved for you.

    My wife and I wanted to cancel the subscription for annual storage fee for both our sons two years ago after I paid up the account (increasing fees and lack of real reason and promise for ones own stem cells). Despite recognizing both of us would have to sign the form and that my name and SSN as father is on the bill. I pay and they threaten me with collections They said I could not request the form for closure. I was furious. My wife tried and called but was on hold transferred told someone would get back to her and copuld not talk to anyone. I called and was furious and said I would no longer pay and wanted them closed. I was told they would then be closed for non payment. two years later I am threatened again with collection s again refused closure forms and then escalate it over 2weeks. Get someone to try and cal my wife that results in endless messages and calls. after a week and not speaking to her they sent me the forms. We both signed and cancelled but won't cancel until we pay the fees because it was not closed two years ago. This is a scam to make it too difficult to cancel subscriptions. Making it hard only serves them. I also feel my rights were violated as the father and payee in not being able to even request the forms.
