      Company does not honor their warranty. Have contacted ***** for the last 5 months and no repairs. $1,500.00 Job

      We had Formula Concrete Coating epoxy our back patio on August 25, 2022 paying $1,400. On February 1, 2023, we noticed a quarter-round piece of epoxy had chipped off. I called Formula on Feb 1 to report this issue and the guy said to send him a text at 520-...-6245 stating our name, address, date of the job and the issue, which I did. No Response.On May 5, 2023 I sent another text saying we never received a response to my Feb. 1 Text and that now there was another area of the patio where the epoxy is chipping off. His response was "Who are You".. "I get over 150 text a day and over 100 emails a day over 200 phone calls a day. You got lost. Apologies. Please send address". I did resend our information once again, he wrote back saying he would call the following week. I responded he didn't have to call, just send someone out to fix the areas. RADIO Silence ..he never called nor did he respond.MAY 29, 2023 .. sent yet another text .... NO call, no response to text .... again RADIO silence ... I would have to concur with **********'s one-star review below. After three attempts and paying this guy $1400, it doesn't appear the Company honors their warranty as advertised and he only did the job 9 months ago!!!

      Company does not honor their warranty. They knew about the issues since December 2022, repairs were never accomplished.
