      Vista Glass installed 7 small windows and one large sliding glass window in our home about 7 months ago.Service representatives came from their ****** and Sierra Vista locations. Last week one of the windows developed a CRACK from one corner to the other, bottom to top on the inside of the double paned glass. I called Vista Glass and the representative told me that if the measurement matched the windows they replaced sh would send it in a a warranty coverage. They sent a technician out to take a look at it. He confirmed it was a window they installed. I received a call from Vista Sierra Vista quoting me over $700 to replace the less than 2' square window with labor for one man at $115/hr. I was told that this window did not qualify for their warranty because it was BROKEN and that if it was a result of their workmanship, it would have cracked sooner. The window clearly was not broken and it was not damaged from something internally as it was located 10' above the floor.I do not recommend this business because they did not stand behind their work, misrepresented the kind of damage on the window and demonstrated no interest in resolving the problem in a fair way.
