      After 9 years of issues with my HVAC, the same issue over and over being fixed, I was about to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Smart Choice came out and saved me thousands of dollars. They found the underlying problem all of the multiple HVAC companies had missed. Other companies had actually exacerbated the issues! Smart choice technician, ******, came in and diagnosed the issues and got my HVAC working again, better than ever for the first time in nine years!!! Great service! ****** was so kind, respectful, and very precise on fixing my HVAC. Thank you ******!

      I have used this wonderful company for many things for my home. They have helped me with keeping my unit it perfect running condition. They are quick to respond & get a technician out to me quickly. Technicians are friendly & knowledgeable. Office staff is WONDERFUL! Smart Choice has gained a life long customer.

      Smart Choice came to check our AC unit on a check up through our home warranty. ****** was pleasant and professional. He was able to explain the status of our system make recommendations for maintenance that would help us avoid summer breakdowns. We've never had a technician go over things in such detail. I will recommend Smart Choice to all my family and friends.

      I wish to compliment Smart Choice Heating and Air Conditioning on their service and particularly on their ability to listen to the customer! I was referred to ********************************************* through my ********************* due to the fact the air conditioner stopped working, due to the same problem that had occurred 4 months prior. As I don't live in the house at present - it is a rental - I particularly needed to be able to trust anyone doing any work, there. *************************** managed the transaction for me. He was excellent. The problem was diagnosed within 24 hours - most important as the tenant was without air conditioning on a very hot day. Everyone I spoke with at the company appeared knowledgeable and explained clearly the details of both the problem and my options for repair. I am extremely pleased with the service I received ( on the two occasions I have used this company) and I highly recommend them! Thanks to all of you. ************

      We had Smart Choice come out through our home warranty. The technician, ****** was polite, careful and very detailed. He did the repair that we were eligible for through the home warranty and provided us options for helping to improve the performance of our system with maintenance. We will be using them for anything not covered by our home warranty. Thank you ******
