      They installed a new furnace. Like anything else it needed some adjusting and fine tuning. Made an appointment for ******* to come and look. Explained what needed to be done and how he adjusted everything, Great tech and an asset to your company!! Highly recommend Smart Choice ASK FOR ******* YOU WILL BE HAPPY!!*****

      I had a technician do a routine maintenance check. He said I needed a new blower motor for 700$. I had a suspicious check last year in which I felt I was over charged. Because of that I decided to get a second opinion. Sure enough I do NOT need a new motor blower. How are they in business? Are the technicians on commission?

      A tech from Smart Choice (part of *** service contract) arrived and misdiagnosed the issue with the ** unit. The issue which was a major leak in the attic located condensor coil was diagnosed as a faulty valve in the outside unit by the smart choice tech. A 2nd and 3rd opinion by other companies resulted in my having to replace the coil (which *** will never cover) out of pocket. The Smart Choice tech was lazy and i physically observed as he did not even open up the cover for the coil when I asked him if he was going to check the attic unit/part. Not surprising though I had an estimate for a new ** unit this company sent within an hour after he left for over $13K.. How about trying to do the right thing, it's not the customers fault you accept the prices *** is paying you. You charging triple the price for a pound of refrigerant to the *** customer will not lead to you being called back. (Reg price is approx $65 per lb, they charge $165 per pound, plain stealing if you ask me..
