Find Cadden Community Management to be very accurate and enthusiastic in there management of our community. We are not an easy community to manage.

They are only in this to make their payroll. They do little or nothing to earn it. Our property values are actually hurt by their presence. I assume I should feel fortunate that the ONE thing they do for us is hand out Round Up, so we can all poison the community we live in!! They don't even clean up the easements anymore, even though it is part of our CCR's. Useless and arrogant.Cadden Community Management

My Company has worked with Cadden for many years on large HOA projects. They are professional and great to work with. *******************, the Senior Community Association Manager, is particuarily helpful. 5 starsI so appreciate Faith and all the work she does for our community (even though she was promoted to Sr. Manager so is no longer "our" manager). It is my belief that she is the reason our community is still a Cadden client. She works hard to be our interface with the Tucson management team by bringing our concerns "up the chain" and, well, being an advocate for our community with upper management.
