      ****** EMPLOYEE BROKE INTO MY PROPERTY DAMAGED MY FENCE GREEN HOUSE AND PLANTS THAT HAVE BEEN GROWING FOR OVER TEN YEARS. THE POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED TO REMOVE HIM FROM MY PROPERTY. HE WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL DID NOT NOTIFY ME IN ANY WAY NOR DID ******- USUALLY THEY WOULD HAVE PUT A NOTICE ON MY GATE- THIS GUY BROKE MY BACK FRONT AND SIDE FENCE CRAWLED THROUGH MY FENCE BENDING IT UP RIPPING MY FENCE APART THEN RIPPED MY GREEN HOUSE DOOR APART TO GET. ****** ** WAS CALLED USING 911 THEY ALSO VIOLATED ME BY NOT REMOVING THE PSYCHO IMMEDIATELY. ****** HAD ME FILL OUT AN INSURANCE CLAIM BUT THEN DENIED ME COMPENSATION. THE INCIDENT COULD HAVE KILLED ME- I AM A CRIPPLE- IT CAUSED ME EXTRA WORK THAT I HAD TO DO RIGHT AWAY TO SECURE MY PROPERTY. I HAVE A HEAD INJURY AND MANY OTHER INJURIES THE INCIDENT PUT ME DOWN TO THIS DAY I AM STILL RECOVERING FROM THE UNNECESSARY VIOLENCE CAUSED BY THE TECHNICIAN ***** THE DAMAGES ARE IN THE THOUSANDS TO RECOVER MY PROPERTY DAMAGE HE CAUSED IN MAY. I AM REQUESTING FULL COMPENSATION OF $92,888 A CHEAP PRICE FOR PERSONAL DAMAGES OF PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER MY ANIMALS AND DAMAGING MY PROPERTY. I ALSO WANT THEM TO NOT EVER DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE EVER AGAIN.

      Never had a problem before. Just wanted to make a simple payment. SWGAS doesn't take payments by phone. Went to make payment online, WEBSITE for Southwest GAS Will Not Load. I am 75 years old, I Just wanted to pay my bill. Forty One, plus minutes and I still do not know at this time if payment went through. It should not be this difficult for anyone, just to pay a bill! Ive always paid online this bill, and others, never an issue. This was so very wrong, and makes no sense. I rely on being able to pay things online. Believe it or not, I never complain. Petty or not, they caught me on a bad day, I was overdue!

      The gas to my service address was shut off for non payment on 3/5/25, due to the previous tenant still being associated. I have been waiting 2 weeks to verify my identification and lease while not being able to bathe, cook, or clean in my home. I called the customer service line 3 times and was provided different information each time; the first rep assured me that they would verify my info within a few days, the second rep stated that the company had never received the email containing my information and advised I resend it and call back later to verify it had been received. The third rep I spoke to was very rude and told me not to keep sending information as that backs up the system and that I “have no choice but to just wait”. I feel this is unacceptable and I need a resolution to this matter immediately.

      Southwest Gas decided to run a new gas line to my residence. They also decided they needed to move my gas meter. All inspections have been completed by the town of Oro Valley Arizona but Southwest Gas will not come back out to move the meter. Meanwhile there is a large hole in the ground preventing access by other contractors who need to provide service to our backyard. Also there are numerous damages to my property that Southwest Gas has not addressed. They will not provide any names or phone numbers as contacts for a plan to repair my property damages. I have filed a complaint with Southwest Gas. They say someone will contact me but they never do. I am also on the board of our homeowners association. Southwest Gas has torn up our street with no stated plans for repair. They will not provide any indication of the plan to address the damages to our street which our homeowners association repaves at their expense. I have no recourse and no one to walk me through a process for completion of work and repair of my property and that of our street.

      I MOVED TO AN APARTMENT AND WAS TOLD THE PRYOR TENANT DID NOT PAY THEIR BILL SO I HAD TO PROVE I WAS THE NEW TENANT SO I WALKED INTO SOUTHWEST GAS WITH MY LEASE THE SCANED IT AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO REVIEW. THIS WAS ON 7/31/2024
      ON MONDAY 08/04/2024 I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE INFORMATION WHICH I SCANED AND EMAILED TO THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HEAR BACK THURSDAY ( TODAY ) 8/8/24 , I HAVE AN 86 YEAR OLD HUSBAND AND 3 GRANDCHILDREN THAT I CAN NOT COOK FOR ANS WE HAVE BEEN TAKING COLD SHOWERS FOR NOW 8 DAYS. WHEN I CALL THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WITH NO RESOLUTION.
      IF YOU LOOK AT MY BILL YOU CAN SEE I HAVE ALWAYS PAID SO WHY WOULD A PRYOR TENANT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME? HOW IS THIS LEGAL?

      My husband, who has since passed away opened this account in his name where we, he, I and our children reside. Since his passing SWG issued a refund check for overpayment on his account. As his spouse, I requested the refund be sent to me and provided documentation to verify my identity. A few days later, i received an email requesting i provide proof that I am his heir. I was told by the customer service representative that I needed to provide a will a trust or estate planning documents to recieve the refund in the amount of $72.00. I was told a department manager would call and I have not heard back from SWG since.

      I am really angry and upset with this company, “Southwest Gas” because they keep ignoring us and they refuse to provide us with gas and it’s been going on for several weeks. I’ve tried to call to get service and we are being told our address doesn’t exist or some other excuse. I tried to email to get help and they ignore us and state that, “due to the amount of stop and start service, appointment times maybe limited.” We weren’t even offered an appointment or anything and I been without gas since January. Everything is falling on deaf ears and I just want gas so I can cook my food. Is anybody going to help me?! Southest gas don’t care about customers and just want me to camp out in my own home. I’m sick of this stupid company treating me this way and I don’t deserve to be treated this way!!! Please give me my gas!

      Southwest Gas Co in Sierra Vista is over charging me for their product. I would like to talk to someone regarding this issue.

      I had an account with Southwest Gas until I moved out of my home in Tucson on November 1, 2023. When I tried to send a request to disconnect service for my move-out, I discovered a glitch in their website preventing me from doing so. So I sent them a message letting them know that I had moved out and what was wrong with their website. I have contacted them multiple times sense, because I keep receiving bills that would indicate they have continued charging me for gas someone else used in November and December. They continue to be unresponsive. I will not be paying my final bill until they adjust it to the amount I actually owe.

      I signed up for service and the representative wrote my name incorrectly. So I called SW has to fix this problem. They gave me an email that does not exist. I need to get this fixed. A correct name is extremely important when it comes to services. I’m writing in hope that someone can get my correct name
