  Im deeply disappointed with the rodent control services I received from Northwest Tucson. First and foremost, I was overcharged and didnt get the results I expected. Even after they removed several dens and sealed my grill, I still find rodents in my grill weekly or biweekly. I have to remove dead rodents with my traps.

  The builder of our house selected NW Exterminating to treat our home site for termite control. After purchase, we chose to stay with them. They have been the termite control contractor here for the 25 years this house existed. All they do is collect their maintenance fee and do their yearly inspection. Every time the inspector comes out, I walked with him for the complete inspection. On one inspection, they found a termite trail under our standalone sink in the kitchen. After that, I pointed out that trail on ever inspection. After I discovered the extensive termite damage on the largest cabinet in our kitchen (about 3 feet from the cabinet where they found the termite trail) I called to report the damage. They sent out a crew to do a more extensive treatment. For 25 years, not one inspector ever looked at this larger cabinet. During their last regular inspection, I ask the inspector to look at the damage that I found in the large cabinet. He looked at the damage for less then a minute and said "that is not termite damage"When I ask about repair responsibility, I was told that by contract they have no responsibility. I told that I am sure your lawyers were smart enough to make sure that you had no contract responsibility but what about morale responsibility. I stated again that they for the 25 years that this house existed, they where 100% responsible termite control. That got no response from them and none since. The bill for my contract came due recently and for the 1st time in 25 yrs, no reminder from them. After reading other reviews, I see that this is who they are.

  To whom it may concern, Please read below:This is a warranty agreement for subterranean termites only. This does not cover wood damage and only obligates Northwest Exterminating to spot treat active termites with a liquid termiticide. The warranty is transferable to a new property owner should you sell your property during the coverage period. The renewal payment is non-refundable as the warranty is assigned to the structure, not the individual. If a full payment is not received within thirty days from the expiration date, your warranty will be canceled. Please call the office to set up a free termite inspection to renew your termite coverage.
