      I have a AAA membership. On the 27th of April I had my vehicle towed to my usual mechanic shop. Unfortunately due to unforeseen events this shop is closing effective immediately ~leaving my vehicle with effectively no place to be. The shop is not in the safest area I've told many AAA employees such and they do not care at all. I work 4, 12 hours shifts and I have three more to work there's no way for me to leave my job to be at the vehicle when they pick it up and I tried to have it towed on April 28th befrore I went into work and they refused to pick up my vehicle even then. The tow truck driver said 45 minutes he got there in 15 I wasn't there yet and he left. Now my car is sitting out in the open and an unsafe neighborhood and I have three tows left on my AAA membership I've been spoken to like a child like I am calling AAA to do me a favor we had an agreement I gave them money I get four tows up to 100 miles. I understand the policy that they need to see ID to pick up the vehicle but when they picked up the vehicle from my home they never saw my ID because I wasn't even there when they came and got it so why is it okay to sometimes break policy. Also what about the emergency unattended tow I was told the only possible scenario that could be used under which if I broke down on the freeway when it was 120° outside and at that point they would come get me first and then come back and get the vehicle which makes no sense because it's intern not actually an unattended tow .

      Sherri did not use Bradley Moore's tow, even if she did which she did not-That has absolutely nothing to do with the situation that happened - Why did you completely ignore the real problem?

      AAA Smart Business in Tempe is who we are contacting you about. We are a PROUD A PLUS BBB member of a dozen years. We had Guardian for our security and they sold to AAA Smart business a few years ago. Last summer we decided we wanted cameras at either door so I called OUR CURRENT company and NO one else. I got ****** at AAA SMART BUSINESS in TEMPE ARIZONA. I asked ****** if they could install two cameras that record all the time and store offf site as crooks know about these things. ****** agreed, and said "WE CAN DO THAT".. we agreed to cost of cameras and signed a three year contract. IT still has yet to work but we have been charged for the basic service multiple times,thats not important, what is WE asked for help for months, on 12/31 they finally sent a second person down. He never lifted a finger pointed to the panel and said thats old and we need to replace it. I reached out and could not get to a supervisor ****** pretended to help. Finally after calling the residential security I finally found someone helpful, she could not help but wanted to do so and gave my number to her manager who gave it to relations and i heard from a PAL who listened, seemed to care, and FINALLY i got a call from that sites manager. **** all of a sudden i had a best friend. heres my cell ALL RIGHT we are getting seomwhere, NOT after we talked he said in a very flowery way We cant do what you called for, 5 months later, never worked,but we were were wrong he said they dropped the ball on the install as well. He offered two plans we discussed them in detail, Thursday last week we spoke went over the same email agreed! told him i needed to get my business partners ok which i did, and as i saidi would sent him a message in the morning. He didnt call he sent a text to mine at noon looking it over called a dozen more times finally at 4;40 he answered said I AGREE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE SENT, i asked about the PANEL and he wanted to start all over, over a $50 PANEL needed to work

      I *******, this is ***** from ******* *****.  There is a secondary problem with AAA

       

      We have a basic system we pay $24 a month for,  **** added it TO their quarterly billing while they still are taking it out by itself, We have paid the $24  three times this month,

      The $204 they charged us on 12/31 was for the first three months of monitoring, big problem, it didn’t work.

      When the invoice came in I called ****** ahead of the charge and told him we had an invoice for $180.  ****** said “don’t pay it *****”  I told him I didn’t intend to. But we were on automatic payments.  He said he would take care of it.  He didn’t, and when they charged it he said they would credit it back, and they didn’t .

       

      So we have $48 too much taken this month! To add insult to injury.

       

      Good luck with AAA  they are THE WORST  not surprised to hear you tell me they are TEFLON and don’t OFFER assistance or MAKE it easy.

      I am LIVING that nightmare   WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Hi *******,   you would never guess,  having **** from ABC TV 15 contact AAA the next day,  yesterday, after your folks,,we got a FED EX package with a NICE letter and a check For $3,000 and they are letting us keep our equipment, but that’s not a biggie   Signed with ***  better DEAL,   And better people,,,,,

      I BELONG TO AAA AUTO **************** , MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN ON FRIDAY AT 3.15 , I CALL THE NUMBER ON MY AAA CARD, THE PROMPTS CAME UP. I PLACED MY NAME AND ALL OTHER INFO. I NEED A TOW TO MY GARAGE AS MY RADIATOR BLEW. THE PROMPS SAID THEY CAN NOT FIND ME, SO I WENT TO THE PROMPS AGAIN, SAID THEY CAN FINE ME, AS I WAS A STREET 5 STREETS AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. THE PROMPTS NEVER DIRECTED ME TO ANY WHERE ELSE OR TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. I HAD NO CHOICE TO CALL THE TOW COMPANY THAT DOES NOPT HAVE PROPS AND I TALKED TO A LIVE PERSON SO I COULD GET OUT OF THE MAIN STREET. I WOULD LIKE COMPENSATED FOR THE TOW THAT WAS 75 DOLLARS OR AAA TO RENEW MY CARD FOR ANOTHER YEAR AT NO CHARGE, THE PROMPS SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME AN OPTION TO TALK TO REAL PERSON AS AAA DID IN THE PAST, I HAVE TO SAY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THEY HAVE THIS PROGRAMMED , WHAT IS I WAS STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT AND HAD TO RELY ON A PROMP TO HELP ME, NO FOOD OR WATER
