    I paid in advance in November, 2023 for 6 dining chair cushions and 3 accent chairs. He finished the dining chairs by Christmas and then ghosted me. I spoke to him twice since early 2024, the last time February this year and he promised to take care of me. Unfortunately he keeps taking on new work and leaves mine unfinished. I am very disappointed and would advise not giving him any money in advance

    Do not give ***** Chavez any money you will not get what you purchased and you will not get your money back. He has ripped off many customers. His excuses are listed in his many bad reviews. He is taking money up front offering a discount, but will never fill your order.

    This person that filed this complaint is not a customer of ours. Our customer evidently is his wife and she has a different name. There was a delay in receiving the fabric for her cushions. We finally received it and contacted the customer. She brought in the cushions last week for us to complete the project. I informed **************** we would provide a $200.00 refund to try to make up for the delay. He wanted me to zelle him the refund but he is not listed as our customer. Also, this man is EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE! I informed his wife, my customer, that he is not to come near my shop. I made arrangements with her to pick up her cushions tomorrow afternoon, April the 4th, and I will give her the $200.00 refund in cash. She is a very nice person. He is exactly the opposite!Respectfully,
