    I'll start by saying we like the windows. They are overpriced, but we are happy with them. But, be warned...YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE WINDOW AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN THESE WINDOWS. Only, they didn't tell us this when they installed them even though we clearly used window units in our 90 year-old home. With all the older homes in our area, I can't understand why they wouldn't explain this beforehand as if they don't know there would be problems with cooling our home. We read it in the paperwork that came with the windows. I'm assuming you loose the warranty on the windows in which you install air conditioning units, which I have to think is intentional. Also, when I called to ask what we do (it was 90+ degrees outside), they never returned my call. We spent tens of thousands on these windows and they couldn't even return our call. I called corporate and they suggested to keep calling. WHAT?! They were so attentive and great before and during installation, but once they get that fat check, forget it. I gave them 2 stars only because we love the windows. If you are interested in these windows (and they are good), good luck once you pay. You'll never hear from them again.

    Trying to charge my dad over *****. For 3 replacement windows. Hes 87 years old. This is out ridiculous. Hes being taken advantage of
