    They are just doing their job. If you are kind and civil to Brown's they will go out of their way to help you resolve any financial issue, and will work with you. Key words are kind and civil. They were very helpful and worked out a payment arrangement with me.

    ***** at Browns collection was the most rude person I've ever spoken with. Before I could even ask questions she began yelling at me saying something was to be placed on my credit report. I couldn't understand a thing she said. She was angry and yelling. I couldn't get any information from her. If anyone is to get information from someone don't start yelling at them from the start. It's toward the end of the day and I'm sure she's had a bad day based on how she was being with me. I wouldn't even give a star if I had a choice to give no star.
