    Beamspeed is our internet provider. The service goes down on a regular basis They dont answer the phone and if you leave a message they dont return your call. We are paying for a service that is not provided to us

    On 5/10/24 Beamspeed (DBA Sun Valley Broadband) Sent a technician to my home and swapped some hardware. Since the swap the service has been drastically worse. The service drops every few moments, leaving me unable to use the service I pay for in a meaningful way. My income is suffering because they changed their hardware. they will not send someone to fix the problem, they say there is none. they will not adjust my bill to reflect the drop in service quality and to make it worse they have a monopoly on Radio Based Internet in my area. Because of my line of work I am unable to use the satellite internet providers in my area and Beamspeed is my only viable option. I want my bill reduced 30 percent like the quality of service has dropped 30 percent. In the attached graph, you'll see gaps in the service line, each gap is where service drops and what I work on is severely negatively impacted.

    3/01/23 we had a storm it knocked off the internet modem I called and waited on hold ni one ever picked up . From yesterday to today I have left 14 messages. So I called back and talked to the front desk she said she would have the check call me back today .. it is now 5:19 no one has called me back . I work from home and need the Imternetb . This is costing me money and I can't afford to lose my job .

    We have had BeamSpeed internet for about 3 weeks.. Every 3 for 4 days I have to call and have them fix those internet.. I had a Technician come out and he said it was my Router which needed to be reporgrammed.. I took it and was told someone pushed reset and it cleared the programming.. Then 3 or 4 days later.. More Problems... Today the Technician came out. Said it was the 3 week old Router. I took and bought another $142.00 Router... Came home plugged it in.. Still nothing.... I call and told a Technician will be out today. I waited 4 hours and no Technician.. I call get told it will be tomorrow as Technician needed some tools... I asked to speak to a Manager. Was told they will call me.. It is 8:00 and no Supervisor call... All I have ever wanted was just Internet.... Is it too much to ask for Internet??? Why can't a Supervisor Call me back??? As a Customer, What have I done wrong?? I noticed the equipment they gave me is old.. Why can't I have a new Antenna??? Especially when I have so many problems??? BeamSpeed Internet is trash and they do not have good ******************* They should have came and fixed their Mistake as soon as I called and went and bought another Router. I made the effort,, Why can't they????
