    There was a day I was so excited when I heard Beamspeed was coming to our town. I started my service with Beamspeed approximately 1 year ago. After a couple of months my service was disconnected for lack of payment. I informed them that I had never received any bill of any kind from their company. I paid over the phone and asked that they send a monthly bill either paper or email. I still have never received any kind of bill, notification or communication from this company. Over the year I occasionally have thought Im thinking it must be about time to send them some money and Ill send $50 or $100. Once I called and was told I had credit. Again I asked for a bill and told them I was afraid Id be turned off again. And it happened! Again, no communication from this company to notify me that I was delinquent, no bill, no email, no courtesy call; they just shut off my service. Thankfully I have an **** hotspot that I use for backup. Id give them zero stars if I could.

    I don't even want to leave a star rating. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for them to hook up the internet services at my home. The internet is used for work. I have to chart on my patients from home. I have called weekly and sometimes even 3 times a week and I still do not have any services from this company. They don't even have word for the cable services and they were at my house 2 and a half weeks ago to check for cable access.

    A consumer for 2 yrs.. Noticed connectivity drops on weekends but this time its still the same. Gave a few calls to bussiness number , all i get is Its showing your service is connected and working , It is connected and working at a slow rate. Slow rate paying $67.50 for a weak connection. I made a mistake of paying by the year $810 isnt worth a weak signal. only 3 devices are connected to internet and its only me.
