    This company took our money and never provided the services. We did file a complaint and they did respond to say they will provide us with the refunds, yet we have not received the refunds. We emailed them and called, when we called they lied to us stating ****** is not available.We would like our refunds as they did state and we believe that was the reason why BBB did close the case. Since we have not received that we refund we are back to ********** with our complaint.

    i paid 1000dollars to doctor's business network using my credit card for insurance credentialling for my clinic. its months now the credentialling has not been done and they have not refunded my money, i have called numerous times and sent numerous emails but i keep getting the round around. I am only able to speak to the receptionist and then she will say hold on and connect me to the voice mail i leave a message and no one returns my calls to give me any updates of the credentialing. This has been going on for 9 months now

    there will be no refund, DBN has submitted all applications on behalf of the Provider & we will continue to follow-up with the Insurance Companies, there were delays from some Insurance Companies because the Provider needed a collaborating Physician. one panel was closed & we will continue to  resubmit the application 2 additional times on behalf of the Provider

    I am rejecting this response because:DBN has not responded to my calls for current updates I called even after the complaint was filed and the reception just hung up on me if they refuse to give updates how am I supposed to believe that really they are submitting the paperwork for the credentialing 

    what DBN is saying about a collaboration doctor was never made know to me 

    if I dont get my refund I will seek legal counsel

    Paid $1400 for credentialing services for my Physical Therapy practice for 5 different insurance providers to a ************************** in October 2022. Signed a contract to pay 1 half up front and half when finished. The entire fee was collected. Now neither myself nor office staff can attain any information regarding the status of approval. I really need assistance.

    I contacted you(BBB) and even provided proof that this company never submitted an application renewal on my behalf. Why wasn't the information I provided considered before the case was closed? I received this email saying I did not respond. However, I attached an e-mail that this company did not send in the required information.I have attached the document showing that this company never finished the job it started.

    I have called your company several times, and today, the person placed me on hold and hung up on me. I paid this company 275 dollars to file provider ******** paperwork for me. They messed up the paperwork and have yet to respond to my e-mails. This has been an ongoing case since June of 2022. I kept e-mailing the company for updates until they finally sent me a link saying my paperwork was pending. However, after contacting ******** and speaking with a representative, I was told the paperwork was never re-filed on my behalf. For eight months, I have been waiting on nothing. They took my money and refuse to accept my calls. At this point, please give me my money back. I will submit all emails upon request. I will also contact the ************************* to see if a class action lawsuit can be filed against this company. After reading the complaints on this site, it appears I am not the only victim to fall prey to this company's fraudulent business dealings.

    we reached out to DBN in August of 2022 to help with credentialing our agency for several insurance companies in ****. We paid over ***** for this company to complete our applications. As of today 2/7/23 we have not been credentialed for any insurance companies. We have not had any responses from DBN we keep calling and the phone number goes unanswered. We email and no response. This is holding our business from actually billing. I am requesting a full refund and our insurance applications to be submitted. I alos called the insurance companies and they have no record of our applications ever being submitted.

    This company took money from my business to complete credentialing. I had to call and call never getting anyone to give me an answer. After threatening legal action ***** finally emails me be acting like I had not emailed him over 25 times. They completed one of the five credentialing requests I had to complete all the others after 9 months of trying to get TBN to compete what I paid for. This company has no idea what it is doing or its a scam. Either one, don't use this company! EVER!!!!!

    I paid this company to credential with insurances for several states. ***** ******* of Doctor Business Network was who i was working with. he told me he has multiple practices that have credentialed with them. I paid them thousands of dollars and them ****** ******** tell me that the application is came back. this was several months ago. I have been trying to reach them for updates on why appplication came back and what is the next **** and still there is no answer.

    I hired doctors business network to credential my new ******** practice in June 2022. I Have repeatedly asked for updates by multiple phone calls and multiple emails over the past 4 months without response. When I began taking **********************************, my billing department submits claims for out of network payments, a pretty standard practice. My billers informed me that I was unknown to any of the payors, I became suspicious that none of my applications were started. I requested exact dates that the applications were done and this has not been provided. When I ask ******, he assures me that the application have all been submitted but this is not true as I had to start fresh applications with every commercial plan that I paid him to do as well as ********* Not a single payor informed me that I have an application pending. None of the payors had even heard of me as a provider and ****** has not or will not provide me with exact dates that the applications were submitted (because it wasn't complete). If he indeed did submit the applications why can he not show proof of submission. He did admit to an error on my **** ************ or rather not submitting the application, and offered a refund. I have not seen the reimbursement. The ******** application that he did successfully submit and complete had an error as his team marked me********************************************************. His team assured me that this was ok. ******** has indicated that it is not ok. Additionally, I have called his office 3 days in a row and each day he was on a phone call and would call me back in a few minutes but this never occurred. When I did finally reach him, he told me that he was out of the office the entire week. Either ****** lied to me or his ************ lied to me. There is no other explanation. I only wish I had seen the F rating with the *** prior to hiring this company. It goes without saying that I am extremely disappointed. This certainly feels like fraud.

    I have requested proof of SUBMISSION on multiple occasions and this has not been provided by ***. This was outlined in my initial complaint. The complaint has nothing to do with payor delays. ******, of ***, even told me on the phone that my request was not unreasonable.

    Additionally, regarding the statement that no refund is due, I have an email from November 7, 2022 in which ****** of *** writes. "We will get you a refund for this ins company." I have attached this email to validate my claim. I have not seen this refund and it has now been over 1 month.

    The response from *** is not accurate and the misrepresentation is concerning.
