We had in agreement with ****** and this company to do insurance credentials for our new ** location and ******** We got into the agreement the beginning of June 2022, the company started to act unprofessional after catching our checks by not responding to our calls. Then we started asking them for prove and they started threatening us to cancel our process. We then contacted one of the insurance companies to find ****** Business Network never completes nor submits our application for the past five months. We have asked them for refunds no response from them.Business Response

Called spoke with ****** regarding the letter received for correction, the application is currently processing.
The letter was a 2nd reminder they send out 3 and after the 3rd reminder if they have not received the corrections then they close out the application. In this case all that happened is they sent out the 2nd reminder and it crossed the corrected forms that were already in transit to NJ Medicaid they received the corrected forms was advised to disregard the 2nd reminder.

It is all lies, They never tried to do anything. Excellus panel is not closed because we contacted them and we have done the process ourselves. Plus, before we signed the initial contracts we did ask Steven if there was any insurance that closed their panel. He said not for the ones we will go over.
You guys did absolute nothing, Doctor Business Network had our business setbacks and we had believed in your service. Shame for not being honest. Even promise to give our company a login to check application, we sent email to ask since you guys knew you did no work you never sent the login.
Our NY Director, ******* did the Excellus and Medicaid application after she explained to them what you guys did to us.
We need the whole refund of $ 2,916
We have all the correspondence emails to show the lies you are sending.

Doctors Business Network was paid to credential a dentist in our office and they had us pay ********* and did get him credentialed with ANY dental insurance companies. I filed a complaint with the company on 8/16/22 and received an email that is was going to be looked into and have heard nothing since. I have called them over 10times trying to get this resolved but it seems like this company is ********** and ************* what they do and stole our money. We want a full refund at this time so we may hire another company that actually provides ************* services.Business Response

This complaint is in reference to ************************************. The panels are and were not closed in the credentialing request. Its 2 years later and I personally have been credentialing****************** the past 2 months. This business completely misrepresents what that can do for business. They do not properly communicate nor follow through with anything. They took our offices money and in return we received nothing. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

We contacted Doctors Business Network to help our small pathology laboratory get insurance credentials to be able to bill patient's insurance, this is what they promote that they do. We sent all requested documents and paid $475, we started speaking with them at the beginning of 2021 and paid the money on 7/20/2021. After that we kept being told they were working on it, but have not heard anything from them in last few months and do not return calls or answer emails. Any help with this fraudulent company would be appreciated.Business Response

My name is ******* *******, I pay to this company ******* in order that they work with the insurance to the process to accreditation, I pay this money to them on December from last year, and is more than 6 months and they doesn't did anything with the accreditation. They just did one insurance and the accreditation team never send me the emails or notification related which information that the insurance need from me or updates the ***** and unfortunately that insurance closed the case, from the others insurances they never submit the application to them, I just need just need my money back.
