  In my own experience, this company is completely untrustworthy. They gave me an invoice and a quote for $290 to haul my vehicle. On the day they were supposed to pick up the vehicle the only carrier they could find is charging $1000 to haul my vehicle. This company is a complete scam. Do NOT hire them. Now I'm afraid if they get their hands on my vehicle I would be charged even more for the actual deliver if they deliver the vehicle the at all. They are now refusing to refund my deposit.

  I purchased a classic car from out of state, and Breamway was one of the companies that responded to a request for quotes. I needed a transport truck that was equipped with a winch (non-running vehicle) so we discussed all the details. ***** was agreed to and we were able to schedule a pickup date that was only a few days away. Honestly, things seemed a little too good to be true, but made sure to confirm everything in writing (multiple times). Satisfied with what they claimed to be able to do and the cost to do it, I paid the deposit. At this point, I naively assumed everything was a go at that point. It wasn't until the end of the pickup date that someone texted to say no drivers had accepted the job. Then after a few more days they started saying if I wanted the car moved, the going rate drivers were charging was now actually lot more money - almost triple what they originally quoted! When I told them I wanted my deposit back because they had misled me in terms of what things would cost, they gave me the runaround, saying that I had agreed to their terms. But the thing is, I didn't agree to any of it because NONE of these "conditions" are disclosed until AFTER the deposit has been paid and they have your money.Once I got wise to the games, they did manage to find me a driver at a price I could live with. The contract was signed. The driver showed up a day late, and the truck did not have the winch necessary to load the car. The driver said the Breamway did not specify that the car was non-running, but Breamway used it against me multiple times as an excuse for things being more costly. They managed to get the car loaded somehow and it's now on the way, but as you can imagine, I'd only recommend Breamway to my worst enemy.

  Driver Pricing: The increase in price was due to drivers requesting higher rates for this particular route, which is known to be challenging and enclosed trailer drivers always ask for more money because they can ship only two cars at a time, which is expensive. This was communicated as soon as we became aware of the situation.

  Vehicle Condition: We made it clear to the drivers that your vehicle was inoperable and required a winch. We have documented proof, including a signed contract and text messages, confirming that the driver was informed about the need for a winch. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, the driver arrived without the necessary equipment.

  We regret that these issues have led to such a negative experience. However, please understand that we have made every effort to ensure transparency and proper communication with the drivers.
  As a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the inconvenience caused, we are offering you free dispatching and broker fees for any future vehicle shipments at a good price. This compensation is valid for a lifetime, reflecting our commitment to making things right.

  My experience with Breamway. They lie at me till we signed a contract the depositwas was $250. Then the half when the car arrives to Washington and the rest when the car arrives to ******. before my car arrives to Washington port they start asking for extra $3000.After arguing with **** for two days and he stated that it was his mistake and he start apologizing. We agreed that I pay $2250 when the car parked front of my home. Today he texted me. That the car in Washington port with another Auto transport. And I need to pay extra $200. And he stop answering my calls or texts.Now I need to pay $2450 extra. And he took himself out of the picture.I wish to give him no stars at all.Please please please. Be aware of Breamway. They lie at you to let you sign a contract then after picking the car they keep asking you for extra money or they will leave your car with other dealers and you do not have any choice other than to pay to receive it.Never pay before you receive your car.
