    ******** was contracted by ca rent relief. They were suppose to deposit my money then asked for more documentation which I sent them. Then the cancelled my account without explanation. To make matters worse they also cancelled my friends because she tried to login to her account from my tablet. Their customer service people can't help and don't provide an explanations. It takes days for them to respond. They are holding XXXXX and can't tell me where the money is. They are not abiding by the terms of their contract with rent relief or their customers. It's impossible to get answers or any resolution. They should not be handling any financial transactions. They lied to me three times today. I've wasted three days trying to resolve this

    Back in January I received an email from Colorado ERA and they told me that I my tenant's application was approved. Shortly after, I got an invitaiotn from bill.com with a link in it to make my account so I can get paid. I followed all instructions when creating my account and then waited. After about 2 weeks, when I was expecting to get paid, they canceled my account. This is what they said to me over and over, after each attempt I made to get some answers: We are writing to inform you that Bill.com is no longer able to offer services to *** based on a review of the account and activity. Your account has been deactivated and canceled. As stated in our terms of service section 7. Rights You Grant to Us. Account Termination: Bill.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Service at any time, for any reason (including for a violation of this Agreement, the failure to pay applicable Service Fees, or inactivity), in Our reasonable discretion, without any liability to You. If We suspend or terminate Your account or access to the Service, We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice to You, but will not be required to do so. How did I violate their agreement? I never got that answer. Since its impossible to get answers with b.com I tried getting answers from co era. Speaking to them was always a real treat. You would think throughout all this time I would've gotten one single employee that stopped and said, "hmm, that's a lot of money and a long time has gone by, lets see what we need to do to figure this out". NOPE. Nobody. Each employee was more ****** than the last one at how I could have such a stupid question. They can't help. I need to speak to bill.com. But guess what, THAT'S NOT AN OPTION. The only option that's given is to write them emails and have an automated response tell you the same thing, which is that they can't tell you anything. How is this company in business? PLEASE HELP!

    June 1, 2022 I received an email from ******** stating that a payment from Texas Rent Relief would be deposited into my bank that day. ******** has not released it due to them needing to verify my ownership of bank account. I have supplied them with all necessary documents but it has not been released. The free trial account expired and I had to pay the membership fee to access the conversation with a rep named *******. I was charged ****** and my account was already ****** The rent relief from Texas was supposed to assist me in paying delinquent rent during the Covid-19 quarantine. I have not been able to make the payment for June 2022 and now has late fees applied. And there is no phone number for me to contact anyone and I have to wait DAYS for a response from ******** This undue delay is causing major damages and I can't call anyone to assist me.

    I REPEATEDLY HAVE ASKED THEM WHERE MY PAYMENT IS AND WHERE MY CHECK FOR RENT RELIEF IS SINCE THEY RE MAILING IT OUT. THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION TO PROVIDE AND THAT THEY CANT TELL ME ANYTHING. I CALL HOUSING IS KEY AND THEY TELL ME THAT IT IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND TO CONTACT BILL.COM BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESOLVE BY BILL. COM.

    I was approved by ************** in the amount of ******* and ******** is not paying me my money. I tried reaching out to them and all I get is the run-around. Their customer support is horrible to say the least and I'm getting nowhere. Please will someone help me?
