      If you are a Magic Key Holder and your pass was suspended make sure you check the dates! I am a Disneyland Magic Key holder. On 08/16/2022 our passes ************ husband) were suspended due to violating their "no-show" policy. After reviewing the dates missed, I confirmed that we did not have 3 no-shows in a 90 day period and were therefore incorrectly put on suspension. I called in and a team member confirmed that I was correct and submitted a request to have us reinstated. After about a week my pass was reinstated but my husbands was not. I called in and wrote multiple requests to Disneyland and no one could help me. I waited on hold for hours just to be transferred to a line that would then drop my call. We missed out on a full month of park reservations and key holders benefits.I am extremely disappointed in Disneyland. It has been months and I have still not heard back from them. We basically paid for a membership that we were not able to use for a full month because of their system being incorrect.

      Visiting Disneyland on 9/26 of this year with a family of 5. I purchased the lightening pass for 100 for the day. This pass was almost impossible to use. Everytime you would try and reserve a spot it would change the time before you could hit save. If two people in the party wanted to do one ride while the other three did another ride the app would not accept the division. So frustrating. Will never visit Disneyland California again. Just not worth the expense.

      We have been pass members at Disneyland for the past decade, our family of five spends a ton of money throughout the year. But Disneyland has gone so far downhill its sad. The parks are absolutely filthy, there is trash EVERYWHERE, on rides, in rides, no matter where you go there is trash. The workers are all rude and unhelpful, its like youre bothering them to ask a simple question. The crowds are absolutely insane! No matter what day you go and what time there are huge crowds and the way they block off for rides it makes it even harder to get around. The genie+ pass is so ridiculous, we finally got a small discount through our passes but still paid $80 for a single day and was only able to use it on one ride! They set the times so that you can only book one LL at a time, and the times are hours apart so by the time you use that one the next options are hours later. Plus you can only use it for each ride once. Of course this problem is just manufactured by Disney in the first place, pre genie pass there were no issues with lines. Literally days after implementing this stupid pass system the standby lines increased by double the time. Its pretty classist of Disney to even charge for that system anyways, and even those who can afford it still lose out. What is the point of this system?? Oh and make sure you have a reservation for any dining, that system is also horrible. Theyve made everything so impersonal and technical, but the technology isnt even useful. Its glitchy and always having issues. I am so disappointed by what Disneyland has become. I am regretting renewing our passes at all. Its frustrating spending so much more money than ever before to get a horrible experience every time. **** Disney wouldnt recognize this garbage place now

      Had the worst experience twice in Disneyland August 5, 2022. When we got to the entrance This young lady name ******** gave us a hard time she scan all of the tickets took pictures of my children and told me have my children stand behind her and I told her that I wasnt going to do that cause my children were going to be unattended I told her there little. Then she told me I need your ticket I told her I gave you all the ticket , she proceeded to have an attitude, I told her you scan all tickets what do you want ?! I told her Im going to be spending lots of money here and your giving me attitude. Someone shown ******** how to handle and scan correctly the tickets. ******** never apologize at all for being rude. I will never ever come to Disneyland, management needs to hire people that are caring and willing to be helpful in anything millions of people come around the world to Disneyland and for what !!! To be treated like s*** .
