1 starI purchased 3 tickets for April 20th for ********************* ******************************* ************************* I have cancelled the reservation as we can no longer go and I have only revived 1 refund of 187 for the kid ticket ( ******* ) I am still waiting on a refund for the other two tickets of 194 each. I have done the inquiries/chat but do not receive a response, and my bank states Disney is who has to refund it.Review fromJennifer H

1 starI was gifted a pass with no expiration date during 2020 - at the height of the pandemic. So I was unable to use it for 2 years without risk. It was a one park, one day pass. I was finally able to use it this year (2023), however, when I opened my Disneyland app, my pass had mysteriously vanished this month. I am beyond livid - this was a non expiration date pass. It should NOT have disappeared.Review fromSa L

2 starsour first Disneyland resort in 01/03 to 01/07 at Paradise Pier Hotel. We understand that the hotel was going through maintenance and construction. Unfortunately, our stay was not as enjoyable as we expected. At check in, We were informed that water will not be available the majority of the day on Wednesday, 01/04 . At the time, we had no other option to move forward with the hotel. However, if I knew before booking the hotel we would not be able to use basic amenities then I would have selected a different hotel. My understanding of the maintenance was that we would hear construction during the daytime , not loss of amenities or waiting for 15 -20 minutes for the elevator - as only one or two elevators were working during our stay . Additionally, I was disappointed in the overall service. On 01/04, we requested extra towels and blankets and did not receive them from housekeeping. We contacted the front desk on 01/05 and for the 3rd time for clean towels and blankets. Our first day, our room was not fully cleaned. The room was not vacuumed, stains on the **************** and countertops dirty. Additionally, it was running during our stay and some of the rides shut down. We lost our use of LL and Genie+ which is an extra $25 per person per day . I was expecting better overall service staying at a Disneyland hotel but ** very disappointed. I did discuss this with someone at the hotel, sent emails but no one has followed up.Review fromlong l

1 starFirst of all the website will not let you know that Disneyland not available when you click on it, I end up bought Adventure land which I didn't know. I click on Disneyland many time, nothing pop up and say not available. When I get there and go through the gates. Oppsy it's Adventure land and not Disneyland ticket. I asked one of the supervisor to switch from Adventure land to Disneyland and the answer is NO. Surely 3 of us do have big impact on the big place like Disneyland? (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE). Line up waiting for one of the attraction call **********************, it took our family waiting 3 hours in the line before we get there for a few minutes fun. It has lightning line which cost $60 dollar to skip the line. It took 3 hours waiting because the people that bought the lightning line get to go in first and they will clear that line first before our line get to go in. So that mean you have people continue cut line and get in front of you all the time and genie service is useless. It's not fun to be in line and stand for that long. "TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"We trying to get in line for the *****************. We got shut out because of some kind of event. We arrive just a few seconds late, I beg the employee there to let us in because people still in the line, sorry no. Now when the event is over you should reopen that ride for us. Nope the ride is close for the day...... sorry. Now this is really really got me upset. I pay a lot of money more than $600 to get in here to have fun but all i get is disappoint. To other people, 600 dollar is nothing but to me, I don't make a lot of money , I work most of the time and 600 dollar is a lot for me. When I pay that much of money, I expect not to get shut out on the ride unless the ride is not safe to use or broken down. Disneyland has bad customer service. You get terrible experience and disappoint. Employees there are not happy. Disneyland should change their name to disappoint land. It is not a happy land.Review fromTara L.

3 starsI am beyond upset with my day at Disneyland. My husband is disabled. Needs an electric cart for long distance walking is on oxygen. So we were given a DAS pass When in line for ******* a cast member directed us downstairs to wait for our cars. There was a mix up because the initial cast member didnt give us any specifics. There was 6 in our party. When the people ahead of us got into their cars. My party displeased to the three open spots (4,5,6). My husband and I were in line 6. My family got into the Their cars. In the meantime another cast member came from a different area. With attitude and said we didnt belong there and go stand where we were before. I was confused because she gave no explanation. Then the cast member that was swaying people in the cars told my husband and I to get in. I told her the other woman said we couldnt get on. She told us to get on anyways. The woman saw this and came yelling and sold us to get out. More confusion. We got out. I walked over to her and Asked her what the heck was the problem. She yelled more. I kept asking why my family was allowed to go off on the road, but me and my husband ( who is disabled ) could not. She just said. Its not your car! She was beyond rude. Yelled at me to get out of there. Pointed at me and yelled *********************. She also refused to give me her name so I could file a complaint. Another cast member ended up giving mw her name. But I have heard nothing from Disneyland I cannot believe a Disney employee would speak To a customize that way and treated a disabled person this way. Im ******.Review fromScott H

1 starHorrible experience. Multi year family season pass holder. Disney used to be good at moving crowds and maintaining a happy experience. The pay only fast pass or lightning lane has ruined it. Now Disney has crossed to the obscene money grubbing company. It truly makes me sad.Review fromChristine G

1 starOn 11/1/22 Went to main street customer service to obtain DAS passes for my friend with MS and myself with mobility issues. Was told we do not qualify for DAS unless in a wheelchair. It was recommended to my friend numerous times she obtain a wheelchair. Second representative also said we do not qualify but could purchase Genie +, stated Disney DAS is for children. Supervisor now involved, again told *** is for "children with disabilities" not adults with mobility issues. Finally received DAS pass for my friend only as the fight to obtain was over 30 minutes. Attempted to convert the +1 DAS pass to myself when attending *** alone. Again, was told it is for "children", who are unable to speak for themselves.Review fromCollette M

1 starTakes hours to talk to someone from customer service and when you do they are rude and unhelpful. We deferred our tickets due to having to cancel our trip when my daughter got *****, they told us that was fine on the phone but now they say we need to be there in person to get the new ticket dates?! I dont live in the US so this is impossible until the day we arrive when the days reservations will probably have been booked up ??Review fromAndrea h

1 starOn 8/15 at 2:30, I was happily waiting in line of the **********************. We had just arrived at the park and our spirits were sky high! I stood in the regular line for 80 minutes-ish and I was chatting with other people in line taking pictures etc. When I got to the elevator platform and I stepped to the side to wait formy husband who was getting getting beverages. For reasons I will never understand cast member $&$$ stopped me and said he had seen me using the fast past tunnel and accused me of cutting the regular line. Im a 5 foot tall 50 year old grandma and I look like a lady who would never cut a line. Unfortunately, he wasnt kidding and I was so confused. I asked them to look at camera footage just kept begging! So his supervisor was escorting me out (how is this happening to me) ..when I said wait, while I was waiting in line I took pictures can you please look at them? And thank god he did and let me come back but not before I WAS CRYING HAVING JUST BEEN HUMILIATED AND HUMILIATED that I am 50 years old crying in public. My age has afforded me a conflict free life for at least 20+ years. Im not built for conflict anymore.I was a lifetime Starwars and Disney nut and Starwars fan and my entire trip was blown over some guys powertrip.Review fromBrittany B.

1 starSince It has been almost 3 months, with several follow up calls that I have made and no responses..Hello,I am writing you in regards to our family trip 9/26 to Disneyland *******. This trip was for my 5 year old cousin as a early birthday gift to try to bring his spirits up and show him the so-called Disney Magic, after the sudden, devastating and tragic loss of his father. This trip did the complete opposite, as at times he was in tears.I will first mention that 99% of the cast members looked completely miserable & un-happy and it was very uncomfortable. Not only were they un-happy, they were very demeaning, hostile and rude. Not only the ride attendants, but cast members when we had questions on where to find things at.. There was only one female cast member on the outside of Pirates that was so kind and helped us locate on the map where we could buy a phone charger.******* (the special birthday boy), had actually lost his balance while getting off of one of the Star Wars rides, I did not see, I only heard screaming and crying as I was trying to help assist with the 2 year old. When I turned around the cast member that was standing less than 10 feet away from him, was just standing there starring at him, not only him but the two other gentleman that were down there as well.. They did not come up and ask him how he was, or try to cheer him up like we thought they would.. Instead, we had to tell ******* that Disney was going to kick us out if we kept crying, because thats how stand-offish the feeling and vibe was.As we were leaving Disneyland, we decided instead of parking at the theme park, we would just Uber from the hotel to Disneyland and back to defeat traffic.. A man in a blacked-out suburban was parked inside the rideshare area on Harbor Blvd and had stuff his head out and in a odd voice asked if we would want a ride.. This was the icing on the cake, after a horrible day.. to feel unsafe as we were exiting the park.. There was no secur
