    Absolutely terrible business with extreme unprofessionalism. They contacted me about purchasing my truck after going through ***** blue book. I went through the entire process and they gave me an offer. I wasnt to sold on the number so I told them I would think about it. They said send me an offer someone else sends you and Ill beat it. Sent them two higher offers from other agencies after they continued to contact me. They kept emailing and calling so they came within $200 of my higher offer so I agreed and signed the documents, received confirmation, and awaited pickup of my vehicle. The manager calls me later that night and said sorry the offer you made isnt able to be done and offered me 2k lower than what we signed earlier that day. I had already canceled all other appointments and prepared the truck for them to pickup. I wouldnt do business with them at this point for fear they would continue this practice after receiving the vehicle since they dont pay until after pickup.

    If I could give something lower than 1 star on Yelp I would.I do not recommend this business due to their shady practices. They very much live up to the reputation of a used car salesman.Filled out the form to sell a 2022 RAM **** with **** miles. ****** gave me a quote of $64K which I called back and accepted and made an appointment for the virtual inspection. Just before the time I was to be called I got a new quote of $53,945. Much lower than the $64 I already agreed to previously. They came back at $58 and said they were sorry but the sales manager who is authorized to offer the quote was wrong.Seems like a bait and switch. Get someone excited about a price and then try to low ball them to close the deal. I would have thought they would have at least did the virtual inspection before the low ball offer.Not only was I misled from the very beginning, they completely wasted my time. They claim to offer you more than anyone else. What a joke! I hands down DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. Go to someone who will be honest from the beginning and throughout the process. This business does not deserve your business.
