      This business is fraudulent, joke, rip off. Don't do any work and then charge you for parts/labor. I wouldn't recommend. Lost my job due to them not fixing my car.The **************** says that they only do tires. All the other work that they do outside of tires is fraudulent practices. This business is so bad that's why they were only given a D- and they're not even BBB accredited. I wish I would have known and checked with BBB for their accreditation. But when I needed Car repair service and thought I could put my trust and faith in Discount Tires to do the work that they say, they would and didn't. I was mistaken. I guess not everyone has good humanity.Then they had enough nerve to charge me and didn't even think twice or flinch. On top of all this they put me in touch with a finance company to help me called American Finance for repair work not being done by Discount Tires and being charged. The real agony is I'm now unemployed due to the car not running properly and having missed work due to Discount Tires not addressing my concern of repair that needed to be fixed. Ill advise I do not recommend this type of service or Discount Tires to anyone.

      Purchased a set of tires a few days ********* are ok but they damaged all all of the allow rims on my *** 325i.Deep gouges around the mounting bolts and valve stems.Not repairable

      Worst experience ever! **** to **************, CA location. They sent car home with 1 lug nut missing on each of my new tires and broke a lug nut bolt and wanted to change me $240. Complained and Regional Manager arranged to have broken bolt and missing lug nuts ***laced. Had work done at the ************, ** location who were professional and polite. How can a "Tire store" leave off one lug nut from each of the tires? I feel it was unsafe and would cause undue strain on rest of my lug nut bolts. They also knew that I only wanted to buy and have 4 new tires installed. The phone *** said they offer 10% military discount. When asked at shop, was told they offer 10% military discount. Upon checkout was told no military discount on tires. Seriously, I'm buying tires at a tire shop. I only wanted to buy tires. Nothing else so why was I being told they offer a 10% military discount and bring the military card. I will not be using this company again!

      Manager discriminates against women. You are not treated kindly. manager doesn't smile, has MAJOR ATTITUDE. DOES NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS. YOU WILL BE TOLD TO YOU WILL WAIT. ABSOLUTE DISCRIMINATION WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE CENTER. THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER ********************** AND THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGER. HE IS NOT FRIENDLY AND TREATS WOMEN VERY UNKIND. And whatever program for customer ********************** you're trying to implement has found miserably with this I filed complaint with Corp let them deal with him. Still waiting for my refund. If you want to be treated rude lack of customer ********************** disrespect no smile not grateful this is the center for you just make sure you bring a guy with you so you can get treated kindly Buyer beware

      Outrageously dishonest If I could I will give -5 stars.I've come to this shop multiple times during several years. Customer ********************** and honesty has been gradually going down.I started to come when the Hawaiian guy was the manager, then ****** then ****... last time I came was october 2022 (6 months ago) with appointment for an B12 service on my 2020 ***** Civic, which includes among oil change, filters change and to check my brakes, so they took forever to get my car in, I had to ask them a couple of times about the status on my car, until they finally was in, they did something to my alignment because the steering wheel was a little off to the right when driving straight, I asked to fix it but they wanted to charge me 100 something extra then a few days ago my lights came on for service A12, I don't suppose to have this until.the end of the year, I called this place and they want to charge me over 250 dollars for the service, so I took my car to a mechanic recommend by my brother in law, he texted me the picture of the air filter that supposedly was changed in October, you can plainly see it was not changed and I was charged, needless to say I'll report this place to BBB

      Horrible business practices. They don't honor their guarantees. They need to be fined to shut down!
