      On Thursday afternoon, I paid for auto parts at LKQ on *******************, using Cash App, but the payment showed as pending. I tried to withdraw cash to complete the purchase but returned after closing time.The next morning, I went back to resolve it and collect my parts. The manager was rude, refused to give his name, and instead of helping me, ordered my parts to be crushed and sarcastically asked, Hows that make you feel?I felt racially discriminated against because Im white, and the staff and people involved were Hispanic. Later, I felt threatened when men in a blue car followed me into a nearby parking lot while I was waiting for the police.I want a refund or my part returned, an apology, and an investigation into how I was treated.

      ********** location scamming costumers.They ask 50 % more than Website prices shows. When I ask for Supervisor to address this issue, he newer shows up. I have not seen this type of scam in other locations.

      Ive been to the lkq pick a part location at ************************ in *********** a few times over the years and way back when it was called ecology. They have always used the most shady business practices but lets stick to their current issues. First off they have an advertised gate fee. However once you get in you find that all the decent cars, like less than 20 years and not looking like they were stepped on by ********, are behind a second gate that costs a few dollars more. Most of the cars are of course stripped of all the desirable parts even the ones that have been here 3 days or less.The prices on their website are less than youll actually pay. Finally the biggest scam, is this warranty fee they tack on and you dont know about it till you get the receipt and youre walking out. No refund. Worse. For said warranty to be valid, they put a sticker on it that has to be intact. However many parts cant be installed with the sticker on it. Theyll shake you down on the way out, just about a strip search. Thieves dont trust anyone to not steal from them, its the way it is.

      I'm here to leave a bad review for the ************************************************************** Yard. ****** was very rude from the front entrance. He needs more training; they are short staff. I never had a problem with any yards before. He needs better training with customer service and be respectful with Spanish speaking customers. I wont be going to this yard anymore
