      I signed a bathroom shower remodel contract on 2/18/25. Work began on 4/11/25 and has never been completed. Reborn has been unresponsive to my repeated requests for a reasonable timeline to have the work completed by phone, email and text messages. In four days, 3 months will have passed without progress toward resolution. Specifically, the following two items remain outstanding:1) installation of a 21" brushed nickel grab bar (as specified in the contract) 2) repair of the Schulter trim which has separated from the corner of the shower bench

      Complaint Summary:In September 2018, my husband **** ***** and I entered into a contract with Reborn Bath Solutions for the installation of an enclosed shower. The contract included a 25-year warranty on parts and labor. In November 2024, we noticed peeling and bubbling on the exterior shower door frame and initiated a warranty claim. Since then, we have endured over eight months of delay, poor communication, and runarounds with no resolution or repair completed.________________________________________Timeline of Events:1. 11-13-24: I called the Reborn ******************* and spoke with Justice, who opened a claim regarding the peeling and bubbling of the lower-right corner of the shower frame.2. 12-24-24-A Reborn adjustor came to our home to photograph the damage.3. 1-6-25: A technician named ******* attempted a repair, but brought the incorrect part a brushed nickel frame instead of the original **** *** ********** as Bronze which was ordered by Justice of the ************** We were told to contact the warranty department again. At this point, we were informed that Reborn no longer carries the original finish.4. 2-10-25: I received a call from *****, to whom I provided all prior case details. He acknowledged the finish was discontinued and said they would reach out to an outsourced provider and follow up in a few days to a week. because they are accountable due to the lifetime warranty.5. **********: I called and left multiple messages for ***** after receiving no follow-up. I spoke with him again on 2-19 and was told again to wait. Despite additional follow-up calls, I never received an update.6. 3-5-25: I informed Reborn that I would be temporarily moving out of my home for unrelated repairs and would follow up when I returned.7. *********: ***** redirected me back to the Reborn ******************* and once again I would be working with Justice. As of the date of this filing there has been no additional communications or updates from Reborn.

      [ ] On 5/3/25 we sat down with ***** ****** and signed a Hone Improvement Agreement approving Reborn to come out to our home to tear out existing shower tile replacing with textured tile, replace shower door and fixtures. We were told we would receive a call to schedule job, which we never did my husband had to call them.When their guys finally showed up they informed us they could not do the job. My husband took off work to be at home.We called their office to inform them their guys could not do work we agreed upon we were told someone would get back to **...which didn't happen-we had to keep calling.We finally got a call from ******* Esraeel apologizing and offering us a credit if we reschedule and he promises to get our job done.We reschedule for 6/18 again never get a confirmation call or email. So again my husband calls 6/17 to confirm our appointment for the next day and they tell us they have to cancel and they are unable to do our job.[ ] ************ is unreliable, unprofessional and I can't believe they have an A+ on your site..needs to return our $1,000 deposit.

      Im filing this complaint to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with Reborns service during my shower replacement and to seek a swift resolution. This process has stretched over nearly a year, causing significant disruption to my time, finances, and personal life.I chose Reborn based on a ****** recommendation, expecting professionalism and quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been unacceptable. The initial installation on June 17, 2024, damaged my floors and walls, which I had to fix myself. The shower pan had gashes and scrapes, requiring a complete replacement. Despite months of attempts, an inspector wasnt sent until much later, with two missed technician appointments beforehand.The assigned project manager consistently failed to return calls. Even after confirming the need for a redo, it took months to schedule, with repeatedly missed appointments causing work disruptions, travel rescheduling, and pet care issues. The replacement was poorly donethe wall was warped, and the shower door wouldnt close. After months of unreturned calls, a team replaced the wall, but issues persisted. Another inspection confirmed the wall needed replacement again, and I had to follow up after two weeks of silence.The pattern continued with missed appointments and excuses like supply issues, scheduling conflicts, or vehicle breakdowns. Despite multiple requests, Ive received no meaningful response.After a year of delays, unresponsiveness, and poor quality, I seek a final repair and appropriate compensation for the disruption, costs, and inconvenience caused. Without prompt resolution, my next action will be to file a similar complaint with ****** and look at other options to recoup losses.

      Paid by check #*** in the amount of $1000 on April28,2025. Informed agent ***** of Reborn Cabinets on April 30, 2025 that I was no longer going to go forward with the project due to bad customer reviews and false promise of offering lower interest rate for good credit. I have left 3 messages on his cell number and he has not responded back. I also contacted customer service at ******************** on May 6, 2025 and was told that a check for my deposit would be sent out that day. I have not received anything as of yet. Im wanting my $1000 back.

      I have already spoken with a person from accounting on my request on 5/8/2025.  I believe his name was **** , which he stated that he was going to do the same as far as canceling. This is repetitive of what they are telling you (BBB). I will wait at least 48 hours. before I get counsel.

      Date of transaction: June 2018. Financed through them for one year. Paid off Amount I paid business: $13,000+What did business provide: Refaced kitchen cabinets with a 25 year warranty. Stated to me and on website. What is the nature of dispute: Over five of the cabinets are bubbling (not near water). An advisor said the cabinets were originally prepared wrong. Tried to contact Reborn for weeks and left message. No return call. Finally got a tech. He came out. No return call. Started the process of calling again. No follow up..Finally got ahold of a Christian he said the only way we can help you is for you to pay for the replacement. Later He sent a quote for over $600 to replace the cabinets. Went in LinkedIn. Send a message to ***** *****, VP on April 7, 2025. Never heard back. I have been in Customer Service/Sales for a long time. This company is either going under right now or very poor management which follows down to staff. **************** and follow through are what lead to new business. Not happening here. Goal: Have the cabinets replaced with quality cabinets to match the existing at no charge. Did not think it would come to this point. Good day.

      I had a consult for installation to have new shower. I agreed to $7,000. and I signed on a tablet. I gave a check for $500.00, he said they wouldnt cash the check till installation started. They cash it within a couple of days. I look at the email and it stated I owed *********. I called the office and person said that I signed . I explained for the amount of $7,000. She would have salesman call me. I had his number and I called him, he apologized and agreed to resolve error. I spoke to him twice & I have his text stating error and agreement of resolving this error. I last spoke to him on Wednesday. He thanked me for calling and once again said he would touch base with me, I have yet to hear from him. Im stressing out , because I was so naive in this business deal. I know what I signed for 7000. Please help me and advise me what I need to do. As you enter my home youll see a printer . He didnt offer a copy just said by signing office would contact me to finalize all finances & schedule installation. I didnt think to ask for printed confirmation. Im very upset with myself for not paying closer attention. Im usually not so naive. Then I got a letter from ****************** stating they didnt receive signed documents or email and needed my SS#. Im sending a registered letter today to the finance company asking they void loan. The letter did state I have a limited time frame to rescind this contract as outlined in my executed contract. My letter states never requested loan for that amount. Letter will be sent out express or overnight. ( I dont know how to upload on my iPad. I could take a picture and email it so you my review it)

      ******* *****,I was given your companies contact by ******* via a television commercial. Your company called me and an appointment was set up for March 19, 2025 @ ~2:00 ish. The meeting was informative but also high pressured. At times I had to tell the salesperson to stop with the hype and get to the facts. I did sign the contract with the full understanding I had 5 days to cancel the contract. I also knew that this was separately a CA law which I told the salesperson. Afterwards, having an uneasy feeling about your company, I researched your company on the internet. I decided to cancel the contract. I went overboard and document my cancelation. Within a 3 day period we tried to cancel via a direct call to your company. ( LOL, what a joke ) I ended up driving to your company, with a letter to be handed to your office staff. I was met with an empty office behind darkened windows. No glass cut out for mail. No phone number to call. There was a box outside for payments which I left my letter in. I further, sent a **** certified letter to your company. I also found on BBB and Yelp among many complaints, an email address of a project manager and sent her an email informing her of our cancelation of the contract. I became so concerned that I called my credit card company and disputed the charge which you are well aware of. The cc company has contacted you to no avail and needed a response from you to complete their due diligence. This was one of the many complaints on Yelp and BBB that you ignore and refuse to return calls to ************ date no response from your company. The phone number I called you with to set up the appointment has been blocked by your answering service center. It automatically disconnects. (CLEVER ? ) When I use another phone it goes thru and I was finally able to call you today 4.28.25. Specifically not answering my credit card company inquiring about my cancelling your services and releasing my deposit.
