On 9/4/2021, I signed a contract for shower replacement with Reborn Bath Solutions in the amount of $9,750. They claim to have a "signed certificate of completion dated 3/17/2022." The job was signed off by the ****************** inspector on 8/25/2022 because there were so many problems. A detailed description of the delays and issues is attached. The dispute is that they promised to reimburse me $350 for damage to the floor, and to reimburse me $800 for all of the issues that came up over this 11 month project that was supposed to last 1 day. They are billing me the entire amount and threatening to send this to collections and ruin my credit.Business Response

In mid 2020, I called reborn to see if they do handicap bathrooms. I specifically asked if they do showers that a wheelchair can just wheel right into the shower. They said yes, the guy came out gave me the price he too assured me that they can comply with what I want. As this is important for us due to the fact my mom is paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. They keep messing around and changing my dates of installation from the beginning. *** comes out to do the install and he basically has the shower pan that is 2 inches exactly what I have currently in my shower. That defeats the purpose. In the meantime I had already put $1000 down. And they told me to make up their mistake they would do one of my other bathrooms. I said thats fine. Then here we go back and forth on date changing ( by them ). Then serval times they called me & told me they didnt have my material that they used it for another job they needed to reschedule. Finally couple years down the road mind you everything seems to *************** they are supposed to show up July 2022 and the company that was going to finance me Fortiva reborn no longer uses them. My credit its so great. They ran my credit with the companies that they currently were using and I was denied. With that being said, I asked, due to them dragged this out. I would like my money back. Even though it stated in the contract that they have a restocking fee. I feel from the very beginning, it was handled unprofessionally. This is my moms money, I feel they took advantage of the situation and ran with it and took a advantage of my mother who is paralyzed and handicap and a senior. Shower pans are shower pans. Mine wasnt customized. So I dont see why today the manger said my stuff is there and it only fits my project. This job has honestly been dragged out for 3 yrs. Furthermore, they have been Unprofessionalism from the beginning. I would just like my ******** dollars back. Sorry unfortunately I cant locate my contract.Business Response

Contracted reborn to replace the windows in my house in April 2022 June 16th 2022 the windows showed up upon inspection saw that the glass package i was sold is not what i *************** was to be 3/16" - 3/16" it showed up as 1/8"-1/8" with the wrong grid pattern sent the windows back. Been trying to work with them to resolve the problem. They sent the sales man and a manger to the house we came to an agreement with a refund and them to change 3 windows in my living room with an upgrade. The full payment has been made. The living room windows were to be installed 2 weeks ago still waiting for that to happen and have not been able to get any call back or response back from them at all.Business Response

I signed shower contract with reborn employee *************************** on 6/14/22 and was to take 1-2days. The shower was $****** but with the upgrades the total went up to $20, 900 which would include shower bar, non slip floor, rain shower head, and shower seat. I received the generic shower which only included only shower seat. The job started on 9/15 and was NOT completed until 9/24/22. Day one they cut wiring which blew my AC, AC fuse and AC thermostat and all while it was 100 degrees outside. I called Veetrice ************ and he has since parted ways from this company his answer was , **** them like everybody else is doing, I don't work there anymore." I called his manager **** and he said he could NOT help me, I asked him for the General Manager "GM" ******************* and would not provide me with his number but said he would pass my message along. Never got a call from the *** I have left many messages requesting an itemized invoice/contract which I sign and **** claims it does not exists. I signed that contract IN front of Veetrice and my husband *******. I want to pay for my shower for the generic basic one they completed at ****** but I will not pay for the upgrades they NEVER provided. PLEASE HELPBusiness Response

I was given Notice of cancelation form that I could cancel my contract by email but they will not provide me with their email to me when I called their *******, **. headquarters and asked them for it. They told me that they do not give out their email.Business Response

I was connected with ***********************, a sales representative at Reborn Cabinets, a local contractor based in *********. Later, **************, a contract specialist with Reborn, walked me through all of the remodel options, confirmed it would be a one-day installation. On the day of the installation (7/22/2022), a Reborn employee called to reschedule the installation for the next day (7/23/2022). While I was disappointed with the last-minute scheduling change, I agreed to move the date. The next morning, two Reborn employees arrived at my house to install the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. However, neither employees were clear about the work that was supposed to be done, nor did they have all of the proper materials. They wanted start the job, then return on 7/25 to complete it. I declined this proposal. A short time later, *****************, an installation manager at Reborn, called me about rescheduling the installation. I told him that Reborn had not honored any part of our contract, and I wanted to cancel the deal. After several more calls, **** offered to apply a $500 discount to the work order. **** sent me an email confirming the discount.To resolve the problem, I would like Reborn Cabinet to refund me the agreed upon amount of $500. Additionally, I would like them to complete the work on the unfinished work (install the rain shower that was supposed to come with the remodel and properly connect my hand shower). I started to work with Reborn on 2/4/22, a sales person came to my house and promised the world and said how beautiful they can make my kitchen/bathrooms. Reborn does cabinet resurfacing and only replaces doors/drawers. They suggested some updates, color, material and I signed the contract. A week later they sent a design expert to take measurements/order the material. The design expert had to make many changes and said that the things the salesperson suggested were not practical. I agreed to the changes. At that time, I asked specifically how the condition of my structure were and they said everything looked great and there would be no issues with the project. The work started 6/6/22. They told me that 8 doors were never ordered and 9 doors were damaged. I was told the missing doors would take 1-2 weeks. After a week I was told that the doors would take a month. On 7/11, a few doors were ready and were installed, it was discovered that 2 more doors were not ordered and would be ready on 7/28. The work was finally completed on 8/2. I noticed many of the doors were not closing fully. I was told that my existing structure was old and was not even. Which was completely contrary to what the design expert initially told me. This entire process was horrible, from the salesperson and design expert not being truthful. I was very vocal with my Project Leads ********/**** with my unhappiness. They assured me they would make it right and would give me a credit. I trusted them and signed off on the job. When it came to issuing the credit, I was offered $500, which I rejected. I feel that I was lied to during the entire process, they were not able to deliver on the promises they made. For the 2-months it took them to complete the job, I was unable to use most of my kitchen/bathrooms. I have two children <3 and it wasnt safe to put anything in a cabinet that didnt have a door. We had to live out of boxes for those 2 months. I paid $23,900 and asked for a credit of $2,000.Business Response

Timeline for refacing kitchen and half bathroom cabinets:1. 5/18/2021, signed contract and informed that the products would be ready in 4 months due to shortage of wood supply 2. 8/18/2021, the field measurement team came out after I asked when we could start the project. It's been three months 3. 12/21/2021, the project manager, ****************, contacted me via email that he would be in charge, and the installation team would come on 1/10/2022 4. I responded quickly that I would like to postpone installation due to a surge of Covid-19 after the Xmas holiday. ****** said the scheduling department would contact me at the next available time 5. 3/14/222, 2 months later, they contacted me to have an installation on 4/25/2022 until 5/10/2022, 12 working days 6. 4/25/2022, they missed the appointment after I emptied the kitchen as they requested. I was the one who kept on calling ****** and/or Reborn headquarters the whole morning to find out what was going on because no one had contacted me on that day. I requested to speak to ******'s supervisor, ***************************, to tell him the team needed to know the basic etiquette if they didn't show up 7. 5/2/2022, the team ******* started preparing the area for installation and later found out that it was the wrong design for the whole project, 7 wrong dimension drawer boxes, and 5 missing drawer boxes 8. 6/8/2022, the team ****** came with wrong design, dimensions, and missing drawer boxes AGAIN. no improvement 9. 7/15/2022, another installation team came without notice, and we are not available 10. 8/5/2022, team Nic/Aldoflo install the correct design, but still with 7 wrong dimension drawer boxes and 5 missing drawer boxes, and one glass cabinet door with wrong design 11. 8/10/2022, I called Reborn cabinet Livermore branch and ******* headquarters. They said *************************** will call me. Until now, I am still waiting for a callback. I even left a voice message 12. to be continued... they will come again on 8/31/2022Business Response

I received an estimate from them for work to be done on my bathroom.They had a promotion if you signed up with GreenSky that you would be able to use the promotion.I signed up because of their promotion.I became suspicious when they kept sending me emails to activate my account, which I never did because I wasn't suppose to pay for anything till work completed.Then Reborn referred me to another company Gaddi Construction, which I have been working with to complete the project. I have no issues with this company.Come to find out I never activated my account or authorized anything and GreenSky made a payment for$8,533 from my account to Reborn for work that was never done and was never authorized by me.Business Response
