      I purchased a pair of shoes for my wife in a size 5. When the shoes arrived, and she tried them on, they fit a bit too tight. So I requested a return in order to purchase a half-size larger pair. Before returning the first pair, I went ahead and purchased the new pair. On 3/18/25, I received confirmation that my return was approved and I would be receiving a refund for the first pair, minus a $10 processing fee. A couple of weeks went by and I still hadn't received a refund, so I reached out to their ***************** After providing all the information to customer service, I finally received a reply stating 'we are unable to issue a refund due to a weight discrepancy'. I have no idea what they're even talking about. ******** customer service. I basically paid double for one pair of shoes. I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company to hopefully resolve this issue. 1/10 will not be purchasing from PacSun again.

      My daughter received a gift from Pac Sun with a gift receipt. The size was too big, so we went to the same store where the purchase had been made to make the exchange. We were in the store 2 days following the original purchase. The item was still in new condition, with tags.I was told by the Store Manager that PacSun is no longer accepting Gift Receipts "due to fraud" and was told to read the company return policy on their website. The website clearly states that gift receipts are accepted for returns, for merchandise credit. She refused to honor the gift receipt and told me she could consider it only if I could get the original receipt from the gift giver, even after acknowledging that she knew the associate who was listed on the gift receipt.After contacting corporate I was told they could not help either, and that my only course of action is to pay to mail the item to corporate at my own expense and then receive a credit. They should just put up a huge sign in the window that says FINAL SALE, as this is essentially what everything is when you shop there.

      Not surprising that this company is only rated 1* and is not BBB accredited. I purchased $100 worth of gift cards on Dec 16, 2024 but was charged $300. I have been battling for my refund every since. No one answers the customer service phone number and you are forced to correspond thru chat or email. I get a different response EVERY TIME. Today (Feb 5, 2025) I was told that it could be up to another month before my refund is ********** away from this company - I don't care how cool people think it is. They have HORRIBLE customer service.

      I recently tried to exchange an item (for a bigger size) at PACSUN, which is still sold at full price and prominently displayed in the store. The item has the original PACSUN tags attached, yet I was told that returns or exchanges are not allowed without a receipt due to a policy change. This change was never communicated to me at the time of *********** is reasonable and expected that any significant policy changes are clearly disclosed to customers, whether through verbal communication by the cashier or visible signage at checkout. This did not happen. I was also not asked for a phone number to link my purchase to an account, a basic practice most credible retailers follow.This experience reflects terrible customer service and a lack of transparency. I will not be shopping at PACSUN again and cannot recommend a store with such disappointing policies.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. They overcharged me by 30% - I called corporate to address it. I sent them the receipt and a copy of the tag on the jeans which demonstrated the issue. They told me I needed to wait days to have a corporate team review the claim. They kept following up asking me to resend the pictures to discourage me from getting my money back. No apology. No swift action to fix it. Just wasting my time over and over. So illegal!

      Cyber Monday, so granted I figured it would be a little slow, but I havent experienced a website this awful since like 2015. Tried for 2 hours to put an order in and it kept just sitting there and sitting there not even loading or anything. Tried updating my computer, tried deleting other tabs, tried it on my phone, nothing. Tried different payment methods, ******, *****, a different card, nothing. Finally went through somehow by the ***** of god but I will never shop this website again holy moly - I though pacsun was a reputable brand but I guess not anymore - will say the discounts were good but I am anxiously awaiting if theyll even show up at my door - yikes

      I bought some shirts from Pacsun.com. I went to the store to return 1, and it showed up as pants in their system. Because of this, they would only offer me store credit. I had the packing slip and the email confirmation of my order. The manager gave me their customer service phone number. CS will not answer the phone or their online chat. The manager said this happens alot. I contacted a different store manager and she also said it was common for items to show up wrong when you go to make a return. What a shady company. I will not purchase from them again.

      Beyond unhappy with the customer service. I placed an order online through tiktok and never got my order. They claimed my order shipped July 23rd, but tracking with DHL never updated. They never apologized once. I always had to reach out to them and ask for an update. Luckily I was able to just get a refund, but still would have been nice to get my items. Either pacsun lied that my order was shipped, or crappy DHL who I don't like either, lost my package. Very crappy experience with both companies. Don't care to ever purchase from pacsun again.

      I am utterly appalled and deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by **********************. Communication is limited to email, which is an inefficient and fruitless endeavor. In the event of a missing package, customers are required to file a police report, a preposterous demand that I have never encountered before. As the seller, they are responsible for recouping any losses through insurance from the shipping company. Despite responding, subsequent representatives offer the same canned responses. This behavior is deceitful and unethical for a company of such significant financial stature.
