      I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Pac Sun again. I returned a pair of shorts in early July and I still havent received a refund. I have called several times. The last 2 times, I have asked to speak to a supervisor. One person said there werent any available, and said that I would get a reference number within 8 hours. It never happened. His name is **** to be exact. I called again the next day. That girl placed me on hold for a very long time. She came back to the line 4 or 5 times and then my phone call ended. On top of that, I paid of $75 for the shorts, but apparently they were only refunding me 40 something dollars. This isnt worth ONE star ????

      Ordered an item and just never received it. They had no problem charging my card though! Emailed several times with no answer, called and got no answer and I'm pretty sure the "chat" is an automated service. It has been so frustrating to deal with this company. Once it's "ordered", that's it. You can't cancel.

      I would like to give them a zero. I bought an item for my daughter for her birthday and did not receive it after a month! No email, no updates, no tracking information- nothing! Finally, when I called them they said the item was lost in transit!This company is scamming people by not updating their website about items that are out of stock. They take your money for sold out items, and never ship it and say that the item was lost in transit!! NEVER ever buy anything from this dishonest company that has terrible business ethics. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY!
