    I booked this room last minute while stranded with small kids, I called and confirmed that a room was available. I was receiving good service by the young lady at the front desk. Right as I was about to get the keys, another employee was at the desk, not sure if he was management or not but he was a Caucasian male maybe in his 30s. This man came over and was extremely rude, did not honor my discount form and threatened to call and get it investigated as if I was lying about my form. He was very rude and argumentative, he called me out my name in front of my children and used racial slurs. I decided not to stay as I walked out after being yelled at and cussed at. He told me he would charge my card double even if I didn't stay. After I left, he continued to try to charge my card to the point where I had to lock it. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. This is BBB worthy. I did not appreciate the attitude and actions of the young man at all. I love Element properties but I will not want to stay at this location as long as he is there. My kids are now traumatized, which is unfair to them due to the fact that they love the excitement of staying in different **************** After leaving, I had to book another available room at a different Marriott location. Which was a 'motel' and cost more than the room at the Element, and the new room was not nearly as nice to what my family is used to considering the property used to be a motel.
