BAIT AND SWITCH BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Booked a stay thru the Bonvoy app, Becareful, It's a BAIT and Switch!you can select:Include Taxes and Fees to see your final booking amount i.e. "Taxes and fees included" see pics. I selected with "Taxes and fees" When you get there they will charge you AGAIN for the taxes and fees, I also had a AAA discount code which offered 50% for parking. They didn't honor what their website disclosed. They also agreed that they knew what I was talking about on their BonVoy app but wanted to see all screen shots of booking (which i gladly furnished)Instead of saying, "No problem my (Loyal Customer), let me help you out with that" We hope you will stay at a Element/Marriot facility again! When Calling the 800# and the hotel directly they WILL NOT jump thru hoops to help and standing firm and very condescending. Emails sent to them for verification so allow them 3-5 days to make their decision. I have no problem paying the $275 as what was advertised with taxes and fees as advertised, They will NOT be honored by this establishment. Just about when i was going to say something very positive about this place, Their true colors came out AFTER they take your money. Purely NO **************** at ALL!!! Sample of IMAGES 1. See Actual Bill + "Taxes and all fees"2. Sample images of rates before and after you click the "Show Rates with taxes and Fees"3. Booking Rates show different pricing with the red box added.Obviously ONE would select the final price not to get hit with these fees! All of this could of been avoided for $62.47 credit. Why should i write something like this? The manager at the desk said Go Ahead and write a review, we have your card, pin numbers and signature on file. #ChallengeAccepted **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
