    This company is very dishonest, I left an unfavorable review about Korean pitchers they are selling that crack easily. The pitchers will crack with change of temperature which doesn't have to be extreme. The pitchers are very expensive and do not last. The equipment is also very expensive and with no available pitcher it is worthless. My review was taken down immediately. They boast only 5 star reviews as they will not show honest unfavorable reviews. Buyer beware of this company!

    In May 2023 I purchased a Tribest Dynapro high speed vacuum blender. I have used it almost daily to make green smoothies and salad dressings. Not long after owning it, I saw that the s**** attached to the motor that turns the blade worked its way loose. I tightened it. This kept repeating so I contacted Tribest. They had me send the machine to them for a warranty repair (my expense of $70+ to ship). They basically did nothing since not long after receiving it back, the same thing happened. We ended up fixing the machine ourselves by putting "Locktite" on the s**** THAT fixed the problem. Communication with Tribest got me nowhere.It is now a Friday in March 2024. On Tuesday of this week, I made my usual blender jar of smoothie. Then I added some water and a small drop of dish detergent, replaced the lid, then tapped the "blend" button to clean the blades. Shortly after it turned on, I heard a very loud snap noise. I turned off the machine immediately and looked inside. I saw the blade broke in two! The same day I filed a warranty claim with the company. I've heard nothing back. I called yesterday and was told I'd hear back from them in 24 to 48 hours. It's past that now. I suspect that I won't hear back from them. Looks like I'm out almost $600 for this machine (between the cost plus repair shipping). I'm not about to pay another $250 for a new blender jar. If they don't come through in replacing the jar, the whole thing will go in the trash. From what I can tell, dealing with Tribest is a total waste of time. I'll never buy anything from that company again, nor will I ever recommend ANY of their products to anyone ever again. I have $600 into a blender that lasted less than one year. Never again! I do NOT recommend buying anything from Tribest.

    Purchased a Tribest nut milk maker. Started out fine made great nut milk for 2 months then developed a crack in the lid around the motor. When I contacted the company they insinuated that I had dropped it and wouldn't pay for the shipping cost to get it to them for repair, refurbishment and/or replacement. I paid $109.00 for this product, never again!
