    11/27 a black girl at the bar approached me and my boy firend to tell us our friend was cut off. we didnt know what she was talking about because our friend didn't arrive yet. soon a security gaurd came over a took our wrist bands and escorted us out. I wanted to talk to a manager but no one would speak to us. i believe we were racially profiled and kicked out for no explanation. managment would not give us names, and we wasted money at his establishment.

    I am writing to report this business because of my disabilities and how I was treated upon attending a performance at this establishment.When we arrived we were not carded for ids just handed out wrist bands by men walking through the lines. When we got to the front I had my water that has no artificial minerals in it as its the only kind I can drink with out my body internally bleeding I had a bag with my meds in it. All with my name on them and if looked up go directly with making sure I don't have an allergic reaction. I have been off and on pic lines for years as I can not eat or drink anything out side of the medically allowed things. When I got to the front I let the man know that I needed this water for my medications. He was incredible rude and said no. I asked for a manager. ******* came up and told me absolutely not. I explained to her I have all the documentation and proof of my health concerns Meanwhile the man with gloves that had touched a thousand other peoples items at this point pulled all of my medications (none narcotic) out of my bag. he opened them poured them into his had swished them around laid them out in front of everyone. He pulled my female menstrual items out touched them got them dirty all in front of everyone. Then he rudely told me to put it all back in there after he got germs all over my meds. My water was taken and I asked if they could hold it at the front for me. another man came up and yelled to take my boots off. I wasn't wearing any boots. my water was taken. We were told there was water inside there was none. not one water for sale that didn't have alcohol in it in the entire building they lied. when I left I asked for my water and they wrote another name on it and wouldn't give it back to me with out a really big ordeal. I tried to call to report this on the website all of the links are broken none of the numbers on the site work out side of the box office. there is no way to even report this higher up.
