    APN promises to market your company but the dont do it.They just take your money and then do not give refunds when they fail to produce results. Their only result is failure.They are a SCAM!!!

    We explained why he lost the dispute and cleared up the bad reviews concern. We did ask him if he would have won the dispute would you have called in to let us APN know that he won the dispute and still want to know if we are a legit business? The client advised no. I explained that our hands were tied unfortunately and I couldn't refund him even if we wanted to due to the dispute. The client has made contact with us due to the fact that the bank did retract his temporary credit given after further investigation of his claim/dispute.

    I primary used this companies expedited services to register my business on voice search and following paid them clean up any all errors on search engine listings etc which they convinced me I needed, yet every time I wanted to cancel the $200 monthly service they told me I should wait etc , the 1st time it took over a week for anyone to get back to me, next time they offered me a discount to stay with them. Yet when I realized that I really was no longer in need of such services and they couldnt even explain to me what services they were doing monthly I put my foot down to cancel with them. Then they said I had to cancel a month in advance ! Are you kidding me !?! Really ?!? So the customer service manager said if I wanted to cancel she was going to charge me for an additional month ( without services of course ) - just to cancel ! On top of that when another company offered me an SEO report they found missing info ! - What was I paying for ? Obviously they over promise and under deliver. And the customer service person was rude and argued with me when I told her that no on informed me of their cancellation policy in the past. She offered no care or concern only that she looked forward to my complaint.

    Called the client and we had a talk about what took place back on 9/21/2022. She was upset about how she was talked to when wanting to cancel her services. The client was understanding and more than happy to work with me. After discussing what I have seen on my end with the notes she felt better that I had reached out to her and was willing and wanting to help with just really hearing her out and giving some "customer service" She agreed to take a look and make sure that she was NOT charged in Oct. She will then reply back to the BBB satisfied.

    I keep trying to cancel whatever service I have with them and get no response. They simply take my information and say someone will get back to me. From what I can see other companies have had this issue as well. I am trying to cut costs for my company during hard *************** and can't get this cancelled.

    Called ***** to discuss the BBB complaint. I explained the benefits of the ************** and how it would negatively effect his online presence if he were to discontinue his services he understood and really just wanted to cancel didn't want to continue. I asked explained that I understood and I would cancel the account and if he could also allow the BBB to know we came to a mutual understanding and parted ways on a good note.

    On October 18 2022, I received a phone call from "*******", APN's rep and she offered me a voice search service for the life of my business with only one-time payment of $398.00. She told me that this was a great deal backed up with a 100% money back warranty. She scheduled for me an appointment with an APN expert to set up some setting for a better voice search performance.On October 19 3:30 PM *************************** (APN expert) called me and instead of doing the settings he was supposed to make, and after a quick scan of the web he told me that I need another package. I refused it several times even though he offered me a better price, No monthly fee, No lockup my Ad places like ******* yellow pages etc. and ad only my phone number At this point I felt that his initial nice attitude was turning rude, he push me hard to give him the 3 digits of my bank card. So, I asked him to send me a receipt of the products and services sold to me. On October 19 4:36 PM I received an Invoice from APN and I found only lies. Then, I asked him to cancel the transaction and he transfer my call to the message center instead to a supervisor. Then I email them a claim asking to cancel the transaction.While I was looking for APN reviews, ****** results shows me some videos I click-on one of them (Indian call center scams) and It was entertaining and fun until I realized that the way they worked was the same. The only difference between the two scams is that the ****************** fraud is a crime,Until today I have not been able to recover the money because they have disappeared, so I turn to you for help to:1) recover the money that they deceitfully charged me.2) Terminate all transactions derived from their lies.3) avoid being blocked from accessing all my ad accounts on the web.If this problem is outside your competence, please tell me who it corresponds to, I thank you in advance for the help received,

    Called ******* and we discussed his BBB compliant. I did see he opened a dispute for both charges back in Oct. I explained what the dispute does and how it effects us as a company and him as well as a customer. He said he was okay with the out come and kindly asked that we remove our lock on the data which i said of course because we are no longer rendering services for him. It was a pleasant conversation and the out come was good as well.

    This is the customer complaint I sent to the business:I feel like I have been defrauded by your company.In my original call with Santo I was told that if I purchased voice search registry for $500 I would be found with a voice search on ****** ***** or siri. He demonstrated by searching ****** for ************ Employment Attorney. He noted that the first result was from ********. He said this was good news as my registration would result in my being found by the same search within **** days of signing up for voice registration. Before the expiration of that **** days he called to go through a baseline report to discuss possible improvements to my ****** SEO. I was confused because that was never discussed as having any relevance to the visibility of ****** voice search. He and an unnamed director pitched the idea of taking over my website hosting to correct the directories and to increase my ****** visibility. I insisted that this had nothing to do with the representations made to me and I would not begin a business relationship with APN until it delivered what I was originally promised. It felt like this was simply a bait and switch scheme. Today I again asked for a demonstration that a ****** voice search for ************ employment (or personal injury) attorney would identify me. Instead of that demonstration, I was told that it would only show me if my name was searched. Incidentally, I am informed by my current vendor that such voice search registration has been in place since March 2020. A refund was not agreed to, offering only that a ticket would be created. *************** would not provide me with the name of the second director that I spoke with.     Called **** about the BBB compliant. He advised that he already had this service that he paid for with another company back in 2020. I stated that we do work with integrity and if this is the case I would be more then happy to reimburse the entire purchase, If he could send me some documentation showing that he indeed purchase this already, He replied that he would ask the rep at the other company to send him something regarding the services. I did receive a  copy of what **** purchased and found favor for his request for his refund. I called **** back this morning 11/23/2022 and explained that I would be sending him a full reimbursement. Which has already been sent to him via email. **** was happy with the outcome. I was happy I could assist and show him that APN does indeed work with integrity. Great out come.

    I signed up for Voice Search July 9, 2022. I was told that within 30 days i would be able to grab my devices and ask by voice to find me a Notary in (the town I live in). Its November now. I still cant grab a device and say those exact words. The several times I called i got into arguments with customer service because they were first telling me I needed to add their premium services. I did and it cost me even more money. Then I called again and was just as upset because here they were telling me again another reason and I needed to give it more time. I did get the meeting screen shares, but Im sorry, you can show me and tell me anything. I had so many people trying to find my business by category and town. Nothing!! I called again and I was told by the girl that she could find me. Well no kidding, if I used my exact business name and location I could find it too! Thats not what I paid for. I paid to have people find me that wouldnt know me. I have sent 2 emails asking to have my account closed. I have not had 1 reply. They are a scam! They talk you into this, take your money and they give excuses. I havent had 1 call for my business that came from online. I had to go drive and introduce myself the old way. Dont let them take you money. They need to be shut down. Look at all the reviews that are the same! Refund people their money without all these excuses. July to November with even a month free of service and Im still not happy or seeming results. I WANT MY MONEY BACK LIKE YOU GUARANTEED!! Your excuses dont help pay for something that could actually help my business. I have googled my business to raise the ranks every time I drive there. That does most of their job fyi people.

Given the nature of the calls, and how it does not match to the complaint. We are attempting to resolve the matter with the client. However, we are unsuccessful.     In Aug. 2022 I was contacted about voice registration with add ons totaling $350/mo with a promise that I could cancel services at ANY time. In Oct 2022 approx 2 weeks before the end of the billing period I made multiple attempts to cancel services. I ultimately had to shut down my debit card. Once I did that they called and said they could only cancel once a payment was received and that I would continue to be billed. I refused to give my new card information. The phone call was not resolved due to them refusing to cancel well before the end of the billing cycle. How are you going to promise people they can cancel anytime, then absolutely refuse to let them cancel!!?? Absurd business practice!! Cancel my service and do not bill me again!!

This matter was fully resolved with the ******. ****** chose to cancel for personal reason(s) and not pertaining to our product and/or services. We did receive final payment for the services rendered via mailed check by ******'s business on 10/28/2022. The account was fully cancelled out with no past due balance.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this company practices deceptive trade practices by not honoring their promises that you can cancel services at any time. They ignore your requests to cancel services forcing you into the next billing cycle. And continue to ignore requests to cancel until you have to shut down your debit/credit card, then continually harass you for a "final payment". Final payment was only made to get this company to leave me alone, NOT for products/services rendered, as those were unwanted and feel I did not owe them for. So no, I don't feel it was satisfactorily resolved, I feel it was forcibly resolved.

    I was contacted by APN about voice search services. They initially tried to get me to pay $699 but eventually went down to $348. They were supposed to be building me a websites and calling me to do the website but they never did. This company is a complete scam!!I paid over $3000 to this scam company and haven't got anything in return. They send emails saying they tried to contact me but I don't have any missed calls from them. They basically stole $3500 from me!!I notice they have a bot responding to everyone else complaints say they called the person. I guess they use the bogus emails they sent as proof to BBB that they called to resolve issue but this Isn't true. They are scheming on the system and even on BBB itself.

    We directly addressed all concerns with ************** through two screen shared meetings with two separate managers. There was a screen shared meeting performed on Friday regarding al products purchase and the benefits of the program. ************** agreed to continue with the services. We also scheduled a follow up meeting which was completed yesterday 10/03/2022 with our ****************** manager regarding the actual website and edits/customization(s).

    Resolution: We are continuing the business relationship with ************** after his approval to continue rendering services for him. We are pleased to have ironed out concerns with ************** & look forward to building the business relationship stronger for the best interest of his business online. We are committed to help ************** business succeed online and receive the presence he deserves.

    Total scam,scam,scam paid for a voice search service from APN and was convinced/misled by a sales rep to purchase the service for three different locations at a cost of ****** a location for a total of ******. After realizing and understanding that the voice search was based on your ****** presence and not how many locations you have I ask to be refund for 2 of the locations and keep just one. It has been over 3 weeks and the service has not been activated. I explained to the *************************, who was super rude and totally unprofessional, not to mention never returning my calls, that the service has not been rendered so I would like to be refunded on two locations. The manager refused to reimburse me after stating that to much time had passed but the service was still not active. I made multiple attempts to talk to a manager but never got a call back. After being misled and with no help from this companies representatives to correct the situation I would just like my money back and dont want anything to do with APN or the service they provide. Would never recommend this company or the service they provide to any of my friends or colleagues BEWARE!!!! Hope this helps someone else before they think of purchasing this service.

    Called ****** on 10/4/2022 he and I discussed the situation at hand. He was upset that he had to write the BBB after explaining why we first denied the refund he understood and was thankful that we called to resolve this and turn the situation into a positive out come. He would like to keep one location still and be refunded the 2 he will not be able to use, So APN will refund what is owed and he will stay registered in that one location.     After filing the complaint with the BBB the vendor and I came to an agreement that they would refund me on 2 locations and set up my third location that same day. After weeks of waiting and checking to see if the voice service search had been set up by APN the service had still not been set up that I had paid for. I reached out to the vendor, who after knowing there was a resolution with the BBB complaint, and spoke with two of their representatives, who I previously spoke with and who knew all of the specifics of what was going on, however instead of following thru with completion of the service I paid for they completely blew me off and said it was my fault the service had not been set up yet which is totally false.
    The representatives I spoke with including the manager were totally rude, totally unprofessional and super argumentative. They also admitted that it was true that my service had not been set up yet and as of today, is still not set up. I got so frustrated in dealing with them trying to talk me in circles, I finally asked for a full refund which they agreed to and as of today I still haven't gotten my refund.

    I would like for APN to process the refund for the third location that they never provided me services for as they said they would.

    Client has already processed a dispute on this transaction in full. We refunded him partially due to resolution before. Client has already received the refund in full due to his chargeback filed. In which we received a derogatory ****** on our merchant account.

    I did not receive a refund in full due to a chargeback, I am still owed $298 for the services not provided by APN.  Dealing with this from the beginning has been a time consuming nightmare.  I have not received the services I paid for to date.  Resolution was never completed and at this point I would just like the remaining money that is owed to me because of services I never received.  Never wanted to file a complaint with the BBB, first time in my life that I have ever had to, but it seemed this is the only way to get any kind of response out of this company and its representatives.
