    Apn Tech contacted me and advised they could help the visibility on the internet for my new small business. They did not do anything the gentlemen said the company would do. They charged me $498.00 and then ran. They do not allow you to cancel. This company is a scam and I'm requesting a refund for services that were never given.

    They gave me many promises that they never fulfilled, supposedly I bought a package that was on super promotion and they were going to put me on all the internet platforms after 4 months of fighting and battling With the little experience of the people who work there, they tell me that it is my fault for not telling my clients to Recommend me, but how do I do it if the pages do not accept reviews? They are lacquered , please before hiring a company look at their reviews because they can steal from you like what happened to me.

    The account associated with ****** & ************************* has been fully refunded. The refund of $298.00 was processed and confirmed on June 21, 2025. A credit note was issued, and the customer was notified via email that the refund would be returned through the original payment method within 714 business days.
    This account had ongoing support over several months. Our team confirmed that the business was successfully registered and visible on voice search platforms like ****** and ****** We also provided repeated guidance on improving Yelp visibility by making the service area public, as Yelp is a major data source for Siri. Detailed instructions were emailed, along with examples and best practices.
    The customer was reminded that our service does not guarantee reviews, leads, or top placement in search results. We clarified that visibility on platforms is influenced by multiple external factors, including user activity, profile completeness, and reviews.
    Multiple calls and emails were made, and support staff attempted to assist even after the customer expressed dissatisfaction and eventually had her legal representative engage in communication. Despite the business meeting registration criteria, a full refund was issued as a courtesy and resolution.
    This matter is considered closed.

    I talked to someone at APN Tech on 15 May 2025 to have my business listed on various sources of ****** Voice search. I'm 16% finished and I can't get in touch with anyone or have they even bothered to call me back to complete my "verification" process to get listed on ******. All they were interested in is my $298.00 (one-time fee). I'm very frustrated and am going to my credit card company to get my money back.

The 16% completion status reflects pending steps on her end, including verifying her ****** Business Profile, which is essential for full platform visibility.
    We have provided multiple follow-up emails with instructions and have attempted to reach her by phone to assist. She is encouraged to log into her dashboard to monitor progress and complete the remaining steps. Our support team is also available at ************** or ********************** to walk her through the process.
    We are aware a chargeback has been submitted and are actively working with her financial institution to provide proof of services rendered and communication efforts.

    I paid $500 for their voice search. Ive tried numerous times to get in touch with them, nobody will contact me back. Im sitting at 16% completion and cant get any further. Waste of my hard earned money! Dont bother!!!

    on 5/2/25 I received a phone call from this company offering advertising for my newly opened family day care in my home. The APN tech has not helped me or explained how to use the so called platform .I was told a representative would walk me and teach me how to use the platform,he ******* would call me on May 7 2025 ,after only 10 mins he said he had to go and hung up .******* did call back after I reached out to the *** phone number. I was constantly interrupted and he was not helpful. ON May 12 I asked for a refund as the business has not followed through with any help with my business and it is presently listed as educational and it is a child day care .They has refused to refund my money and said I have to wait one month to see if my business populates. *** staff have not been helpful and not supplied what I was told.THey have just taken my money and not supported me in any way. It's not possible to talk to anyone with them interrupting.

As outlined during the sales call and in our Terms & Conditions, a refund is not issued once a business is actively populating across the platforms ******* Siri, ****** Assistant).
    We also made multiple attempts to assist you, including follow-up calls and detailed instructions on how to complete your ****** Business Profile verification, which is necessary for full visibility. Our records indicate that you ended these calls prematurely or declined to continue the conversation.
    In May, we were notified that you initiated a chargeback for the transaction. As this matter has since been handled through your financial institution and our chargeback department, we now consider this issue resolved.

    I was talked into this service not knowing that I already had this service through my wifes company so I do not need it. We called back within an hour, the SAME DAY, of providing my basic information and (we were supposed to "finish" setting up my account the next day - I had a call scheduled and everything). I was not told the cancellation terms and conditions and my account isnt even fully set up, and I was already charged. I havent signed a contract, the cancellation terms werent communicated to me prior to the sale, and I dont need the service, and I WANT A REFUND.

    Called to have a conference call and the agent was not able to supply the proof of what we paid for. ****** was requested 3 days after buying the service and the company will not give our $1k back. We will be filing with **** as well.

    Our records show that after your purchase, our team immediately began processing your Voice Search Registration. As part of our policy, we allow for a 34 week setup and registration window. During this period, active work is being completed on your behalf, which is why we typically do not offer refunds once services have started.
    When you called to express dissatisfaction with the upsell conversation, we attempted to clarify any concerns you had. However, when asked for more details regarding any alleged misrepresentations, you declined to elaborate and instead requested a full refund. We also made multiple attempts to follow up with you to help resolve the matter, but have not received a response.
    We remain committed to supporting you and completing your Voice Search Registration as promised. However, per the signed terms of service and standard operating procedures, a full refund is not available at this time. If you would like, we are happy to provide a full status update of your registration progress.

    I worked with APNTech to help us get on voice searches for Siri and ****** We paid roughly $695 to have the program set up. However, after months the program does not work or bring our company up on Siri or ***** in my market. I have asked for a refund. Rather than refunding us for the lack of service, ****** is giving me screen shots of ****** and Bing searches that show our company listed. I'm paying them specifically for voice searches on ************* We pay another company to get us listed on ****** and ****** Maps. This is not what we paid ****** for. ****** is using ****** and Bing to try and justify our placement. Does nothing for voice recognition on Siri or ****** which is what we DID pay him for.They have a bait an switch style of program with hard selling after the initial set up. When they scheduled a teams meeting to get the initial set up done, I asked if this was to push additional sales. They said no, but the invite to the meeting stated "****** ****-client knows its a sales call. tried to pass it off as walkthrough".They don't provide the services they claim to provide. I truly wanted to be set up on our area for voice searches in **** and ****** I will be attaching PDF's of the emails and their own refund policy for your review. I'll also provide the ****** Screen shots they sent me, which have nothing to do with what we paid them for.

The service you purchased does not include distribution to 80+ directory listings, nor does it involve keyword-based optimization or SEO servicesthose are separate offerings, often provided by companies such as *******

    Its important to distinguish between these services. Our goal is to ensure your business is properly submitted and discoverable by name on voice-enabled devices. This includes working with the platforms that fuel Siri (Apple Maps/Yelp), Alexa ************ and Google Assistant. We have fulfilled those responsibilities based on the scope of the program you selected.

    Screenshots provided by our team demonstrate your business is active and can be found via voice commands through these systems. While you may be working with another provider for general online search visibility or SEO, that is not part of the voice search service you enrolled in with us.

    As all services were rendered as agreed, a refund is not applicable. That said, we are happy to continue supporting your account and answering any questions you may have about how your listings are performing across voice search platforms.

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by ***. In 2022, my business paid $698.00 upfront, plus an additional $99 per month, for voice service and search optimization. During the sales pitch, I was verbally assured that *** would handle all voice search services, including compatibility with Siri, ******, and ****** However, despite these promises, my business was never successfully listed or functional on any of these advertised voice search platforms.After numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I found the customer service to be utterly unhelpful. Once youre a paying customer, it seems no one is willing to assist. When I explicitly expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, I was met with excuses and a complete runaround. This experience has led me to believe that *** may be engaging in deceptive practices and potentially scamming customers. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.     Mr. ******* enrolled in two services with us: voice search management and website hosting. While we regret that his experience has not met his expectations, it is important to note that our team made numerous attempts to assist him and explain the scope and functionality of the services provided.

    We have documentation of multiple interactions with Mr. ******* in which our team remained professional despite repeated use of profanity, personal insults, and interruptions that made it difficult to communicate effectively. We attempted to clarify the terms of service, including the standard industry practice of managing website content on the client's behalf rather than providing backend credentials, which Mr. ******* strongly opposed.

    As of now, Mr. ******* remains an active client with a website hosting package. We are more than willing to continue providing support for this service should he choose to maintain it. Regarding his refund request, our records show that services were rendered, and our team fulfilled the contractual obligations. Therefore, a refund is not warranted.

    We are committed to respectful and constructive communication and remain open to assisting Mr. ******* with his current service, should he wish to proceed in a professional manner.
