  Hard to say. The sales techniques were what put me off to the point that I didnt buy. So I dont know how good they are, but their primary interest seems to be selling their products rather than being sympathetic, or useful, to their clients. Reading the reviews, its definitely a company youd have to cancel your credit card after making the initial purchase. They push the one time lifetime fee pretty hard.

  Was sold a package for voice search and was never onboarded for the product. Rather, a salesman called and tried to upsell to the tune of **** in S.E.O. I declined. He never activated what I paid for... Don't fall for this bait & switch.

  They seem to be a legitimate company! Only time will tell! Their cost seems a little up there, but everybodys in the business to make money. As long as theyre doing, their job adequately, there wont be any complaints from me. The representatives seem to be quite professional. I was quite impressed from beginning to end.

  Very antagonistic sales tactics. Was bullied into purchasing a "deeply discounted" voice platform service and in the words of manager "****" --"Would you agree you made an unwise business decision before doing your research" and my response was YES! Ya'll Read their reviews, regardless of the 4k quantity - 51% of their most recent reviews are 1 stars and all for the same exact reason. *****, don't listen and very condescending. Again **** stated "Mrs. **** can assure you we don't keep our lights on with your measly $$$ purchase". In which I responded "then since my business is *****'s to your mega company there shouldn't be an issue to offer a refund. Every single cent counts for small business owners". Now addressing the elephant in the room, Yes did I follow through remitting payment, agreeing etc after being pressured in a corner however they vaguely cover their refund policy (***** covered this however his accent was so strong it was difficult to understand - yes please listen to the recording, you can hear my reluctancy in my voice. Oh and finally, I can assure you even if you don't appear after the 3ish week turn around time you will not get the so called refund. They'll bully you into thinking you are stuck.

  Been with them since September, hoping to see the results they promised. Tried to cancel two times, they reduced my monthly fee twice and gave me two months free. Will give them until January to see the results.

  ****...after reading down to April I realize I've been Scammed. They got only $192 from me. I canceled my credit card as soon as realized who they are. Through their email they sent me I started to answer the questions about my business, and personal information. After submitting my ID, the next page just wanted too much. I started to become suspicious and with this ****** search I see. I believe they are getting as much information to operate further fraudulent activities. I hope giving them my business EIN and Photo ID does not bite me too hard. Someone should shut companies like this down, unbelievable how this company is still going.
